Quietly situated holiday home with large property and two terraces - 5 persons + baby (2 years)
With 85 square metres, your domicile offers everything for an unforgettable holiday on the sunny island of Usedom. The approx. 1,000 sqm property includes a spacious lawn with two furnished sun terraces.
A separate entrance leads you into the spacious hallway. Shoes and beach utensils can be stored here.
The spacious LIVING and EATING AREA is flooded with light. A comfortable sofa and an armchair invite you to spend evenings in a family atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, radio and CD/DVD player. The sofa can also be used as a bed for one person.
The dining table can seat up to 6 people. A high chair is available.
The separate KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking together. The technical equipment includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There are also many other cooking utensils.
Your holiday home has 2 BEDROOMS. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe. A baby cot can be provided. The second bedroom is perfect for children with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), chest of drawers and flat screen TV.
The BATHROOM is brightly tiled and very spacious. It is comfortably equipped with a bathtub and a shower at ground level. A mirror, shelf and towel warmer are also part of the equipment.
Two parking spaces are reserved for you free of charge. Bicycles can be stored under cover. Bed linen can be booked for 12.50 euros p.p., towels for 6.50 euros p.p. in addition.

The seaside resort of Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom and invites you to spend unforgettable summer holidays on its wonderful sandy beach. But a trip to the seaside resort is also worthwhile in the months outside the summer season. Stroll along the town's promenade and let your eyes wander over the sea. Stop off at one of the numerous restaurants or cafés and enjoy your well-deserved holiday on one of the most beautiful spots on the German Baltic coast.
You can go on excursions in the surrounding area by bike or with walking sticks, e.g. to the historical museum grounds in Peenemünde. The Usedom Bäderbahn connects the various towns on the island. Leave your car at home and take a trip to the three imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf with their typical spa architecture. A trip to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its Ozeaneum, maritime museum and the old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is also worth the trip.
In Karlshagen there are numerous shopping facilities, ATMs, doctors and pharmacies. If you want to pamper yourself, take advantage of one of the wellness offers.
