Spacious holiday flat with 50 sqm on the ground floor for up to 2 adults + 2 children (up to 18 years), 80 sqm terrace, WLAN, 250m to the beach
Your holiday flat is located only 250m from the beach in an apartment complex.
The large living and dining area with open kitchen is flooded with light. Two sofas invite you to spend cosy evenings in the LIVING AREA. The pull-out sofa also serves as sleeping accommodation for the 3rd/4th person (width for bed cover min. 160 cm). Flat screen TV and radio provide entertainment.
The open-plan KITCHEN is equipped with technical appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge (no freezer facility), coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are also numerous other cooking utensils. Prepared meals can be enjoyed in the dining area with 4 chairs and a table.
The BEDROOM has a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Your BATHROOM is equipped with shower, mirror cabinet, washbasin and a small shelf.
A TERRACE of about 80 sqm belongs to the flat. It is located at the corner and can be reached from the living area as well as from the bedroom. The terrace is furnished with a seating area and sun loungers. Many planted tubs provide a special ambience. In the summer months, the plants are regularly watered by a contracted service company. Bicycles can also be parked on the terrace (covered by balconies above). Barbecues are not permitted out of respect for the other guests.
The linen package (bed linen and towels, as well as shower mat and 1 tea towel) can be booked for 20,00 Euro p.p. in addition. Wifi and 1 parking space are available free of charge at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Baabe is located in the south-east of the island of Rügen and belongs to the Mönchgut peninsula. It is particularly popular because of its long sandy beach. The beach road is lined with numerous cafés, restaurants and small shops. This is the perfect place to end a day on the island or buy a souvenir. For big purchases, there are also two shopping markets in the village.
If you like walking, you can take a trip on foot to neighbouring Sellin (in the north) or to Göhren (in the south). A walk through the Zicker Mountains is also worthwhile. The Mönchgut peninsula can also be explored very well by bicycle. Numerous cycle paths lead you past most of the sights.
Baabe is also a stop on the "Rasender Roland", the historic narrow-gauge railway. It runs between Göhren and Lauterbach Mole. The stops along the way include Sellin, Granitz Hunting Lodge, Binz and Putbus.

Baabe in summer is highly recommended. The vacation apartment Strandglück is excellently suited for this.
