We rent out our holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen on the island of Usedom all year round. The quietly situated holiday home is located on our 1200m² property in Hafenstraße. You can reach the beautiful sandy beach within walking distance. A supermarket with a bakery is in the immediate vicinity

Unique on the island, in addition to a wonderful fine sandy bathing beach in the east, there is a picturesque marina in the south-western part of the village with access to the Greifswalder Bodden and the open sea - the Baltic Sea!

Familienurlaub
Wir haben in Karlshagen wunderschöne Urlaubstage genießen können. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und unseren Gastgebern möchten wir für diese Zeit nochmals danken.

Als Urlauber kommen und als Freunde gehen,
das hatten wir schon oft gelesen aber hier bei Fam. Ueberschaer tatsächlich auch erlebt. Vom Anreisetag bis zum Abreisetag absolutes unbeschwertes Wohnen auf dem großzügigen Grundstück mit kostenlosem Fahrradverleih, toller Einrichtung des Ferienhaus, mit sehr angenehmen Eigentümern, die uns sogar 2x zu einer wirklich lustigen Grillparty einluden.
Mir kam es immer so vor, als würden wir von langer Reise wieder zu Hause angekommen sein und nicht von zu Hause nach langer Reise in den Urlaub fahren. Trotzdem waren die Leute nicht aufdringlich. Es war eine tolle Woche. Die Kinder fragten sogar schon vor der Abreise, ob wir nicht nächstes Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen können. Jeder weiß, dass der Uraub auch fällt oder steht, ja nach Laune der Kinder. Unsere Kinder sind 11 Jahre alt und haben die Radtouren, die Umgebung und ebenso auch die Unterkuft lieb gewonnen.

„Ankommen, reinkommen- und sich wohlfühlen“
Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und durften stets großherzige Gastfreundschaft erleben. Ein schönes Ferienhaus, um sich nach einem aktiven Tag zu entspannen. Es fehlte nichts in der Ausstattung. Gemütlich kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Top Lage, sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sehr gut erreichen.
Sehr modernes und sauberes Ferienhäuschen, alles da was man so braucht.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und immer um das Wohl besorgt.
Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Urlaub Sommer 2018
In dem gemütlichen und modernen Bungalow kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen! Wenn es mal nicht der Strand sein soll, dann findet man auch im Garten viel Platz und Ruhe zur Erholung. Lieben Dank an die netten Vermieter auch für die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen!
