Ground floor holiday apartment for 2 adults and 2 children / 200 meters to the beach
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. Connected to it is a southeast-facing, furnished TERRACE, which invites you to have breakfast in the morning. The awning provides shade from the sun. However, grilling is not allowed here.
In the long hallway there is a bench for putting on shoes and coat hooks. From here you enter the open living and dining area. This is furnished with a light leather sofa, 2 light leather armchairs, a glass coffee table, and a glass side table. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi. The dining table invites you to game nights (board games as well as children's books). A high chair for children is available free of charge upon request.
The open KITCHEN is equipped with everything needed for self-catering on site, e.g. refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob and oven included. Microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.

Washing machine and dryer in the neighboring house for communal use (subject to a fee). Ironing board and iron are available in the apartment.
You can park your car at the house. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house or in the communal basement with a lock (e-bikes: steps to negotiate!).

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday flat is located in Rettin, a district of Neustadt, on the Bay of Lübeck. It is about 200 metres to the sandy beach. Here you can enjoy extensive sunbathing or the cool water in summer. At any time of the year, the beach invites you to take a long walk. There is a bicycle rental service on site. By bike, you can explore the surroundings even better and with less stress.
There are several cafés and restaurants in the village, as well as shopping facilities for daily needs. For larger purchases and for strolling, a trip to Neustadt, which is about 6 km away, is worthwhile.
If you are spending your holiday with children, you should definitely plan a trip to the Hansapark Sierksdorf (16 km). Here there are numerous rides, attractions and play opportunities for the little ones. A trip to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck (47 km) or to the island of Fehmarn (57 km) also promises variety.

It was modernly furnished, however the 70s bathroom urgently needs to be renovated.
