Description
After an extensive complete renovation, we offer our lovingly newly furnished holiday home, approx. 81 sqm for relaxing days in Neustadt-Rettin
The house can be occupied by max. 4 adults. Additional persons are possible on request.
Arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays with a minimum rental period of 7 days.
We kindly ask you not to arrive before 4 pm, as the cleaning service may still be on site.
The house must be vacated and left clean by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen. Through the kitchen you reach the two corridors, from which you can reach the daylight bath (incl. washing machine) and the bedroom with a double bed (2.00m x 2.00m) in the rear part of the house. On the other hand, from the front hallway you reach the daylight shower bath, the 2nd bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) as well as access to the rear terrace and the large living room with fireplace and access to the front terrace or garden with partial lake view.
The daily rate is 115,00 Euro for max. 4 adults.
Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought along.
The after-cleaning fee is 105,00 Euro.
A dog on request and will be charged with 5,00 Euro per day.
Unfortunately, cats and other small animals cannot be brought along.
Enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets on the beach.

Beautiful holiday home
The vacation home was nicely spacious, with enough room for four people. It was also very good that there were two bathrooms. The location was very quiet, but one could reach the beach on foot in five minutes. Very beautiful area, but for shopping, you have to drive. However, at Dune 56, there were the best fish sandwiches. All in all, we had a nice, unfortunately too short vacation. The landlady was very friendly, and the communication went well.
