The completely modernised and modernly refurbished holiday home/holiday apartment in Rettin offers relaxation close to the beach for 2 people.
The fully equipped modern fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle and toaster. Dishes and dish towels are of course available. The dining counter invites you to have a cosy breakfast or meal. The living area is equipped with a large comfortable couch, a table, a flat screen (satellite TV) and a stereo system.
In the very quietly located separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed incl. topper with corresponding bed linen awaits you. In addition, the room is equipped with a small wardrobe and blackout curtains.
The shower room is tastefully furnished with modern materials.
For sunbathing, lounge furniture with the corresponding seat cushions are available.

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following part of the rental fee must be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved: Up to 45 days before the start of the rental 20% of the rental price, 44-30 days before the start of the rental 50% of the rental price, 29-22 days before the start of the rental 60% of the rental price, 21-14 days before the start of the rental 80% of the rental price, and from the 13th day onward 100% of the rental price.

The small Baltic seaside resort of Rettin is a former fishing village - ideal for a quiet holiday.
In Rettin you will find a fine sandy beach that stretches all the way to the harbour town of Neustadt. The beach offers shallow access to the water, in summer with DLRG or lifeguard supervision
A parallel hiking trail offers an interesting walk at any time of the year. Sports enthusiasts will find one of the most beautiful sailing and surfing areas in the Bay of Lübeck on site.

Completely satisfied
There is really absolutely nothing to complain about here. We requested the desired period and received immediate feedback within an hour. Upon arrival, we immediately felt "at home" after the very friendly welcome and tour. The vacation rental is very nicely furnished and was perfect for our needs. The landlord family is also very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely come back.

Perfect feel-good holiday in a quiet location
It is a very clean and modernly furnished holiday home with a lot of attention to detail. The equipment is perfect and great at the same time. The location is also excellent, especially quiet. The beach, the beach chair rental with bicycle rental, a kiosk and restaurants are within walking distance. There are plenty of cycle paths. We were welcomed by Mrs Petra Henrich-Kabelitz and Mr Stefan Henrich. They are very friendly, cordial and open-minded landlords. We felt at home with them from the very first day and were able to relax. A heartfelt thank you for that. Thumbs up! We will be very happy to come back!
