Your holiday flat is located in the newly built cottage (centre). Via the hallway on the ground floor and the staircase you reach your domicile on the 1st floor and the attic.
The spacious and light-flooded LIVING AREA is the centre of your family holiday. A spacious living area with corner sofa invites you to spend evenings together. Entertainment is provided by the flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and Gira docking station for Bluetooth connection of mobile devices. The underfloor heating throughout the flat ensures a pleasant indoor climate even in the cool season.
From here you can also access the furnished south-west-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the estate park with lots of greenery. Let the warm summer evenings fade away with a glass of wine or a good book. From here you can also catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea.
The open-plan KITCHEN invites you to cook together. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster and kettle. There are also many other cooking utensils.
You can serve the prepared food in the adjoining EATING AREA with table and 7 chairs. Perfect for a games evening.
2 BATHROOMS ensure comfort even with an occupancy of 6 people. The bathrooms each have a level shower, washbasin with mirror, towel warmer and hairdryer.
In total, your holiday flat offers 2 BEDROOMS. One is on the 1st floor with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a small double bed (140x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A baby cot is available in the flat. An additional baby cot or high chair can be booked free of charge.
Another sleeping possibility (140x200 cm) is offered by the sofa in the rest area of the attic. A great retreat for little guests, even with sea view. Ideal for reading an exciting book. A single bed (90x200 cm) is also available here as a sleeping option. The underfloor heating in the entire flat also ensures cosiness. Blackout blinds and insect screens ensure undisturbed sleep
A washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are also available.
The linen package (bed linen and towels) can be booked for 21,50 Euro p.p. in addition. The kitchen starter set is already included.
A parking space is reserved for you at the house. Bicycles can also be parked here (not covered). There is an e-bike charging station.

Location and surroundings of object
Rerik - pearl between the Salzhaff and Mecklenburg Bay. Nature-loving guests in particular will feel at home here, as there is much to discover between the cliffs, nature, the 6 km long sandy beach and the salt lagoon.
On the side of the village facing the Baltic Sea, wonderful beaches await you, inviting you to sunbathe. Perfect for all sun worshippers and water rats. The promenade and the 170-metre-long pier give the town its typical Baltic Sea charm. Numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities invite you to stroll around.
On the side facing the mainland is the Salzhaff. Shallow waters connected to the sea only by a narrow opening. A super destination for paddlers, sailors and kite surfers. Many of these and other leisure activities can be enjoyed at the marina.
The numerous cycling and hiking trails invite you to take nature tours, e.g. along the steep coast towards the northeast. But excursions to the neighbouring towns are also worthwhile. These include the UNESCO World Heritage town of Wismar (38 km), the sophisticated Heiligendamm (19 km) or the Hanseatic city of Rostock (35 km) with its numerous shopping opportunities and zoo. A highlight is the ride on the historic narrow-gauge railway "Molli". It takes you under full steam from Kühlungsborn, via Heiligendamm to Bad Doberan.
