An apartment to relax and unwind. Over the roofs of Partenkirchen you will find a little treasure. Characterful old wood meets the most modern interiors. Every corner of the house is particularly. Come in!
The special atmosphere starts just behind the front door – individual art and a fireplace welcome the guests. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There is a separate sleeping area with double bed, spacious wardrobe and gorgeous mountain views. All other rooms are located in the cozy attic. At the entrance is a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Next door lures, skilfully integrated into the open living and dining area, a wellness area with freestanding whirlpool bath. The rotary Swedish chimney invites you to take a bath at the crackling fire. The two balconies to relax afterwards. Also the subsequent living area comes up with many highlights. Whether the large living area with Bose stereo system and flat screen TV, the separable bunk bed or the communicative kitchen island - you can expect everything, but no standard!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die schrägen lernt man in 2 Tagen kennen und lieben. Danach ist alles super.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr hell und freundlich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit der Dachschräge kamen wir auch ganz gut zu recht, obwohl unsere Jungs sogar 1,85m groß sind. Aber Kopf etwas einziehen und dann klappt es! Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Aufgrund der Dachschrägen muss man etwas auf den Kopf aufpassen, aber die Kinder fanden die "Geheimgänge" toll.

Wunderschöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bis auf eine Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche zu Viert 2 „Kinder“ 19 und 14; in einer wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht. Es begann mit der perfekten Kommunikation mit der Fa Mahr. Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, kamen spät an und wurden super betreut. So stellt man sich eine perfekte Vermietungsagentur vor. Dann die Wohnung- außergewöhnlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Für die Lage habe ich 4 Sterne vergeben, da es zu Fuss abends ohne Auto zu weit ist in den Ort zu laufen. Das ist aber Ja Geschmacksache. So macht Urlaub jedenfalls Spaß! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, das ist keine Übertreibung!

Es ist eine super schöne Wohnung , es fehlt an nichts, toller Ausblick von zwei Balkonen ,und das Ambiente im Flur ist einzigartig ; wo kann ich diesen Budda bestellen ? Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos ! Herzlichen Dank !

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Sie hat auch ein besonderes Flair. Allerdings waren wir manchmal von der Wärme in der Wohnung etwas überfordert. Durch die durchgängigen Schrägen und die fehlenden Beschattungen an den Veluxfenstern lädt sich der Raum sehr auf. Leider haben wir uns auch sehr oft den Kopf gestoßen. Man kann beispielsweise in der Küchenecke nicht stehen. Das ist schon anstrengend. Aber es ist ja eine Urlaubsunterkunft und wenn alles andere stimmt, nimmt man das eine und andere auch mal in Kauf. Alles in allem: Es war sehr schön.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nahe gelegen, und die Aussicht vom Westbalkon ist herrlich. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung zu Fuß auf den Wank wandern, das war perfekt. Toll war auch die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Schlüsselüber- und -abgabe.

GAP ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und wenn man dann auch noch so eine schöne Unterkunft gebucht hat, nochmal so schön! Mit Blick auf die Zugspitze und die Skischanze auf dem Südbalkon sitzen ist schon klasse! Jederzeit also wieder!
