The approx. 30 sqm wrap-around balcony always offers new vantage points. Here you can have breakfast on exclusive wooden furniture or simply enjoy the seemingly endless view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in two deck chairs. Spacious living-dining area with custom-made carpenter's kitchen, equipped with Bora hob and high-quality Miele appliances . In the bedroom you wake up in a high-quality full oak bed (king size) with a view directly to the Zugspitze. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, double washbasin and WC. There is a separate guest WC and a cloakroom in the flat.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated in a quiet location on the south-western slope of the mountain Wank, about 100 m above Partenkirchen. In this location you can enjoy a fantastic view over Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the Wetterstein mountains with the highest mountains in Germany. Due to the south-west orientation of the house, you have sun all day long. We have completely remodelled and lovingly renovated the house in 2021/ 22.
From the front door you have direct access to the beautiful hiking area at the panoramic mountain Wank. On the 1780m high summit, you can enjoy the incredible panoramic view at the catered hut. The historic Ludwigstraße with beautiful restaurants and individual shops is located at a distance of one kilometre. The local mountain skiing area with the Kandahar World Cup course is directly opposite, you can watch the skiers on the Adamswiese and the Kochelberg downhill run even from the flats.
In our house we offer you three individual, spacious holiday flats. All are larger than 50 m² and we have tastefully furnished them with a lot of love. They each have a bedroom with a king-size double bed and a spacious living-dining room. They are primarily suitable for couples who want to enjoy the tranquillity of this special place.
