The south balcony offers a fantastic view of the Wetterstein mountains with Zugspitze and Alpspitze, all the way to Mount Daniel, behind the Eibsee. The flat has a cosy living-dining room with custom-made carpenter's kitchen, equipped with Bora hob and high-quality Miele appliances. In the bedroom you wake up in a high-quality oak full-size bed with a view of the Dreitorspitze. Access to this flat is either through the house or directly from the outside via your own east-facing balcony.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated in a quiet location on the south-western slope of the mountain Wank, about 100 m above Partenkirchen. In this location you can enjoy a fantastic view over Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the Wetterstein mountains with the highest mountains in Germany. Due to the south-west orientation of the house, you have sun all day long. We have completely remodelled and lovingly renovated the house in 2021/ 22.
From the front door you have direct access to the beautiful hiking area at the panoramic mountain Wank. On the 1780m high summit, you can enjoy the incredible panoramic view at the catered hut. The historic Ludwigstraße with beautiful restaurants and individual shops is located at a distance of one kilometre. The local mountain skiing area with the Kandahar World Cup course is directly opposite, you can watch the skiers on the Adamswiese and the Kochelberg downhill run even from the flats.
In our house we offer you three individual, spacious holiday flats. All are larger than 50 m² and we have tastefully furnished them with a lot of love. They each have a bedroom with a king-size double bed and a spacious living-dining room. They are primarily suitable for couples who want to enjoy the tranquillity of this special place.
