Description

This flat of about 56 m², located on the garden floor, has a separate entrance and direct access to its own 35m² garden terrace. Well protected under a parasol, you can enjoy your dinner here on selected wooden furniture or simply relax on the beautiful wooden bench and let your mind wander. From this flat, too, you have a magnificent view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze as well as the Dreitorspitzen and the Wamberg with the St. Anna chapel. The garden flat has a cosy living-dining room with a custom-made carpenter's kitchen, equipped with a Bora hob and high-quality Miele appliances. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality oak full-size bed. Daylight bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Location and surroundings of object

Our house is situated in a quiet location on the south-western slope of the mountain Wank, about 100 m above Partenkirchen. In this location you can enjoy a fantastic view over Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the Wetterstein mountains with the highest mountains in Germany. Due to the south-west orientation of the house, you have sun all day long. We have completely remodelled and lovingly renovated the house in 2021/ 22.
From the front door you have direct access to the beautiful hiking area at the panoramic mountain Wank. On the 1780m high summit, you can enjoy the incredible panoramic view at the catered hut. The historic Ludwigstraße with beautiful restaurants and individual shops is located at a distance of one kilometre. The local mountain skiing area with the Kandahar World Cup course is directly opposite, you can watch the skiers on the Adamswiese and the Kochelberg downhill run even from the flats.
In our house we offer you three individual, spacious holiday flats. All of them are larger than 50 m² and we have tastefully furnished them with a lot of love. They each have a bedroom with a king-size double bed and a spacious living-dining room. They are primarily suitable for couples who want to enjoy the tranquillity of this special place. Cancellation terms:

  • Free cancellation option until 56 days before the day of arrival.
  • Rücktritt durch den Mieter; Stornierung 1. Der Mieter ist berechtigt, vor Beginn der vereinbarten Mietzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter vom Mietvertrag zurückzutreten. Für die Einhaltung der Frist ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter maßgeblich. 2. Tritt der Mieter wirksam vom Mietvertrag zurück, ist durch den Mieter eine pauschale Entschädigung an den Vermieter in folgendem Umfang zu entrichten: (a) Bei Rücktritt früher als acht Wochen vor Mietbeginn ist keine Entschädigung zu zahlen. (b) Bei Rücktritt im Zeitraum innerhalb acht Wochen und vier Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 50% des vereinbarten Mietpreises. (c) Bei Rücktritt im Zeitraum innerhalb vier Wochen und einer Woche vor Mietbeginn: 80 % des vereinbarten Mietpreises. (d) Bei Rücktritt innerhalb von einer Woche vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des vereinbarten Mietpreises. 3. Bei Nichterscheinen des Mieters ist der vollständige Mietpreis zu leisten. Eine vorzeitige Abreise des Mieters berechtigt nicht zur Geltendmachung von Mietrück- oder Schadenersatzforderungen. Der Mieter schuldet auch für diesen Fall den vereinbarten, vollständigen Mietzins. 4. Die pauschale Entschädigung gemäß Ziffer 5.2 reduziert sich, sofern und soweit der Vermieter das betreffende Ferienapartment für die ursprüngliche Mietzeit noch anderweitig vermietet hat. 5. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen.
