This is your personal invitation: To sit down in the first row of our nature cinema. The apartment is located in our exclusive five star holiday home in Farchant - with the best view of all things that bring relaxation and joy. The stunning mountain scenery meets beautiful alpine meadows and many leisure opportunities start right on the doorstep: Ski lift, outdoor swimming pool, adventure hiking trail, kids playground, the Philosophers trail to Garmisch and many more.
Nevertheless, the interior is also impressive. A large, square-cut corridor prepares a bright welcome. It expects you a modern interior, decorating in soft colors and build in solid quality. The open living-kitchen area offers direct access to the outside as well as a sociable kitchen island with coffee bar. For dinner, you can either sit outside on the terrace or indoors in the dining area, which adjoins as an open, cozy niche. The two bedroom bed you quiet and - thanks to the generous wardrobes - very tidy. One is equipped with two single beds and the other with a comfortable box-spring double bed. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Elevator, underground parking, laundry and ski room makes your well-being perfect. Welcome to your holidays!

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstatung. 3 (!) Balkone, der Balkon vom Wohnraum mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Umland ist wunderschön, für die Freizeitgestlatung wird ehr viel geboten !

Great service at Mahr .... Always available, super friendly, competent and always ready for a chat .... Check-in and check-out smooth, easy and uncomplicated .... For us .... the most beautiful holiday apartment near the Zugspitze. We have been to Rundblick several times ... and the view of the Zugspitze from the balcony is always breathtaking. Beautiful view, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ... Apartment on the top floor, quiet location, 5 minutes to the village shop for fresh bread rolls, great rooms, box-spring beds, bathtub and shower, oven, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, underground parking, elevator, washing machine in the basement .... Everything is perfect .... Highly recommended ....

Dear Webers, dear Mahrs! We felt very comfortable in the new location. The new apartments are very well done, only the view was hidden from us due to fog. This year we were really lucky with the weather and snow, so we could do both cross-country and downhill skiing. Even our Lukas stood on skis for the first time. Rundblick is always great... great apartment, everything you need is available... from dish soap to paper towels, sponge, parchment paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and so on... everything in small sizes available... great... glasses, dishes, cutlery... all there. Super... great beds... beautiful furnishings... super view of the mountains... underground parking space... village store reachable in a few minutes, good starting point for mountain biking, skiing, and hiking... In a few minutes in Garmisch for shopping... Also, the service of the Mahr team is great... super friendly... uncomplicated, professional... prompt and always available by email... great... very important... The apartment is a dream… beautiful view of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze …. Great equipment… everything you need is there …. Comfortable beds…. Three balconies … Sun in the morning … Sun in the afternoon…. Sun in the evening…. It's great to come directly from the underground parking to the apartment by elevator…. The location is quiet… beautiful… and yet you are in Garmisch in a few minutes …. in 4 minutes at the village shop …. The vacation apartment Rundblick is beautifully cut. The ambiance is excellent, just like the view. Farchant is located at the gates of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Bread rolls and nice restaurants are within walking distance. The view of the Zugspitze is unique. The care by employees of Mahr GmbH is excellent. Support can be obtained at any time as the housekeeper lives in the neighborhood.

The apartment already looked very good on the internet, but when we saw it in person, it was amazing. It exceeded our expectations completely. This is an apartment where one could live forever. The layout, the view, and the furnishings are great. The only downside is the robot lawnmower that works at all sorts of impossible times. But as I said, that is the only disturbing factor and you can also switch it off. Best regards, Axel Dabruck.

We were very satisfied as always.... Come to the Alpenresidenz about twice a year. Friendly welcome and uncomplicated key handover with the guest cards. The apartment Rundblick was again beautiful and spacious with the breathtaking view of the mountain range with the Zugsitze. Generous underground parking space and elevator directly to the apartment... great. Great beds, good quality and very clean with many pillows. Just great... the apartment with great equipment for dishes and glasses. Dishwasher, oven, toaster, bread machine... all available small toiletries, soap, hairdryer in the bathroom available... Highly recommended...

We have now been to this lovely Farchant for the 5th time and are very satisfied with our Alpenresidenz. The view is a DREAM - the house - wonderful - furnishings - cleanliness - everything is just right. From there you can make wonderful excursions. You immediately feel at home and so it will always be a destination for us to look forward to :)

It's great to get from the underground car park directly to the flat by lift.... The location is quiet... beautiful... and yet you can be in Garmisch in a few minutes...

Super great and very clean and large flat. Great bathroom. The view is fantastic. A true panoramic view. Everything you need is there. Very good beds. Our dog also felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it. Lift from the underground car park directly into the flat. Ideal for elderly people with walking difficulties. Simply beautiful

We also felt very comfortable in the new domicile. The new flats are very successful, only the view was hidden from us due to fog. The flat already looked very good on the internet but when we saw it "in real life" it was amazing. It totally exceeded our expectations. This is a flat you could live in forever. The layout, the view and the furnishings are great.
The only downer is the robotic lawnmower that works at all hours.
But as I said, that is the only annoying reason and you can turn it off.

The Rundblick holiday flat is beautifully designed. The ambience is excellent, as is the view.
Farchant is located at the gates of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Bread rolls and nice restaurants are within walking distance. The view of the Zugspitze is unique.
The support from Mahr GmbH staff is excellent. You can get support at any time as the housekeeper lives in the neighbourhood.

We, 3 generations plus dog, spent a relaxing week over the turn of the year in the FEWO Rundblick. We can only say - perfect! The spacious flat, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful beds and mattresses, the great view of the mountains, tasteful bathrooms and not to forget the great service by Mrs Tobis. We will come back again.

Rundblick is always good ... great flat, everything you need ... from dishwasher detergent to Zewa , sponge, baking paper bin liners, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper and so on ...everything available in small format .... great ... glasses, crockery, cutlery ... everything there. Super ..
Great beds ... nice furnishings ... great view with mountains ... underground parking ... village shop a few minutes away, good starting point for MTB, skiing and hiking.... In a few minutes in Garmisch for shopping..
Also the service of the Mahr team is great ... super friendly ....unkompliziert , professional....promt and always reachable by mail ... great ...very important..
