This vacation rental is simply fantastic! We were already looking for a "modern" vacation rental and the apartment met all our requirements. The furnishings are modern and high-quality, the very chic kitchen had everything we needed, and the underground parking is also very pleasant not only in winter. And of course, the view from the terrace of the Zugspitze massif is unbeatable! The location of the apartment is ideal for dog owners, not too far into the town center, quickly at the outskirts for walks, and of course the spacious terrace. Our dog felt right at home here. We can definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely come back again.

We were in this area for the first time and were very impressed by both the area and the apartment. The layout of the apartment is perfect, everything you need is available. It is very tastefully furnished and offers plenty of storage space for personal belongings. The view from the large terrace is fantastic. Our dog felt very comfortable. The river was only a few meters away, where he could cool off. In Farchant itself, you can find everything you need. Bakery, village shop, ice cream parlor, pizzeria - all within walking distance. Even cycling and hiking trails start almost at the doorstep. The car can therefore take a vacation in the underground car park belonging to the apartment. We will definitely come back!!

I really liked the holiday apartment, modern and bright and equipped with everything you could wish for. However, I have a small suggestion for improvement. A small handrail at the transition to the dining area would be helpful, as older people, for example, have to hold onto the wall or chair.

We were four adults in the apartment. Super equipped. Everything you need for daily holiday life is available. The kitchen had everything you could need. Thanks to the underground parking, we also found a secure place to store our bicycles. Certainly not the last time we will try to rent this apartment again. Thank you very much for the loving furnishings of your vacation home. When you enter the door, you are immediately delighted, nothing is missing. The view from the living room/terrace over the snow-covered meadows to the Zugspitze is simply fantastic. We were also very lucky with the weather, one day of snowfall and then only blue sky, so we could even use the terrace for sunbathing after our hikes in February. We have been regularly spending our holidays in this region for 4 years now and we loved this vacation rental incredibly. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the apartment had a modern décor, a well-equipped kitchen, wonderful beds, and the view was simply wonderful. We felt at home, but then better thanks to the beautiful surroundings. The care and reception were very good, Mrs. W. even spoke Dutch, a pleasant surprise! We can only say one word here: "Brilliant". Everything just fits perfectly, a well-maintained, perfect holiday apartment is hard to find. The 5 stars are more than well-deserved. The kitchen is a dream and the bathroom with shower is also very nice. You sleep like on cloud 9 in the box spring bed and the surroundings of the apartment are indescribably beautiful. Another big plus is that you can walk to the town, the bakery, and village shop in 5 minutes, and there are good restaurants in the village of Farchant as well. All in all - a successful 5 days, even if the sun didn't always shine, in such a holiday apartment you can also enjoy a rainy day.

We spent 10 days of vacation in the apartment Lebensfreude at the end of June 2016 and can recommend it 100%. We arrived with 2 couples and had enough space. The only small drawback was that you had to coordinate bathroom times with 4 adults. Conclusion: would love to come back.

The apartment is in like-new condition, clean, and furnished with modern elements. Farchant offers everything you need for daily life. The landscape is wonderful and the surrounding area is quiet. By bike, you can quickly reach Garmisch Partenkirchen and the foothills of the Alps. We can only recommend the apartment.

We stayed in the apartment "Lebensfreude" in Farchant in June 2019. The apartment is well-equipped, so you immediately feel at home. The beds were really comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, as did the key handover in Garmisch. Only the underground parking with the parking space for the apartment was a bit tricky with a station wagon. The view is simply fantastic, the path to the next mountain hike is right around the corner, shopping opportunities with a large supermarket or small village shops are all nearby, and the turquoise-colored Loisach River is always worth a visit. We really didn't want to leave and will definitely come back.

A beautiful apartment with a great panoramic view and a prime location! We stayed in the "Lebensfreude" in October 2019. The apartment feels very spacious, is very bright, and furnished with high quality. All technical amenities are available. The double bed is very comfortable, the mattresses of the single beds in the smaller room are more suitable for light persons or children. The view of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze from the sofa is a dream. From the terrace, you have an unobstructed view over the adjacent fields. Each apartment in the house has its own Wi-Fi with very good performance. We will gladly come back, but would also be happy to book any other apartment in this house.

We have been coming here regularly for the past 4 years and this flat has been amazing. Everything was very clean, the flat has modern furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, lovely beds and the view was just wonderful. We felt at home, but then better thanks to the beautiful surroundings.
The service and reception were very good, Mrs W. even spoke Dutch, a pleasant surprise! Pizzeria Da Nico was a very good tip, unfortunately we only tried it on our last day.
We will definitely spend our holiday here again!

Thank you for the lovely furnishing of your apartment. When you walk in the door you are immediately thrilled, there is nothing missing. The view from the living room/terrace over the snow-covered meadows to the Zugspitze, just brilliant.
We were also very lucky with the weather, 1 day of snowfall then only blue skies, so we could use the terrace even in February for sunbathing after the hikes.
We would definitely recommend the house with the great FW with a clear conscience.

A friendly welcome right at the beginning and then the great impression of the flat and the view of the mountains with the Zugspitze. All this is hard to beat. The whole furnishing of the flat is well thought out - we didn't miss anything. Good restaurants in the village (350 m), grocery and drinks market (1000 m). Therefore, there will certainly be a reunion next year (hopefully with an equally good weather).

Here you can just switch off and let your mind wander. Great on-site support. Super equipment and a panorama that is second to none. Once the dog has made friends with the robotic lawnmower, it's almost impossible to go on any more tours or excursions:-)

we were 4 times ;2 adults + 2 children; in the FeWo Lebensfreude. The name says it all! You feel at home as soon as you enter the flat. Nothing is missing, it is very clean and there is enough space for 4 people! The location is perfect for many hikes, the outdoor swimming pool is around the corner and there is a great village shop in Farchant! It was a great and very relaxing week!

The underground garage also provided a safe place to store our bikes.

This is certainly not the last time we will try to rent this flat again.

The flat impresses with its unique location - it really is 1a!!!

We had already been looking for a "modern" holiday flat and the flat met all our requirements. The furnishings are modern and of high quality, the very chic kitchen lacked nothing and the underground parking is very pleasant, not only in winter.
And not to be outdone, of course, is the view of the Zugspitze massif from the terrace!
Ideal for dog owners is the location of the flat, not too much in the centre of town, quickly at the edge of town for a "walk" and of course the spacious terrace. Our dog felt right at home here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is very well equipped for a holiday flat and left nothing to be desired.
Our initial concerns about the nearby train tracks were quickly put into perspective; you certainly notice the passing train once in a while, but it never bothered us. All in all, it is wonderfully quiet there!
The view of the mountain panorama from the terrace is super and enhances everything. May there be no development on the adjacent property, that would not be nice.
Hopefully this was not the last time we stayed there.
