Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Super Aussicht und schöner Lage. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Bäcker und Dorfladen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kommen gern wieder!

The beautifully decorated holiday apartment in Farchant fully met our expectations with loving details and left nothing to be desired. Bright and friendly, modern and well-maintained furnishings. We felt very comfortable with our dog and will definitely come back again. From Farchant, there are many beautiful hiking opportunities available, ideal with a dog. The view of the magnificent mountain scenery adds to the beautiful ambiance. Shopping facilities are close by, especially the small village shop in the town center is good. The support and handling through Mahr's mediation was very competent and friendly.

We were there as a family with two children and a dog. We felt very comfortable. The only thing we would have liked is a fence for the dog. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped. Leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are a dream.

Very nice, quiet apartment. Location directly on the Loisach is wonderful for the morning walk with our dog. The village of Farchant is noticeably more relaxed than GaPa itself. We felt very comfortable.

The holiday apartment is really recommendable. Everything you need is there, super equipped kitchen, everything high-quality, new bathroom, modern kitchen, very comfortable box spring bed. The location is fantastic. Unobstructed view of the mountains from the great terrace. 100 meters away a river flows. Within walking distance is a very nice adventure trail that leads to the waterfall. Unfortunately, a train passes not far away, at first, I thought it would bother us, but I only heard it on the first morning, then no longer noticed it. There is one small thing to criticize. We were bothered by the automatically turning on light in the hallway. We found it unnecessary, if you got up at night, you were immediately wide awake, and it also stays on longer. My father slept in the small room with the door open, he doesn't like it any other way and woke up every time...

We found the apartment very beautiful at first sight, great amenities. However, the lamp above the dining table produces very poor light, the floor lamp in the living room is crooked and about to fall over. The sofa is totally uncomfortable. We found the key handover to be unacceptable. If there is already a key safe at the house, it should be used so that people don't have to drive to Garmisch to pick up the key. Also, on departure, you have to drive to Garmisch for the key, what is the point of the Mahrs company then? Additionally, the doubling of the price over the New Year's period was outrageous, in my view a rip-off, and not even a spare roll of toilet paper provided. The folder with the house rules reminds me of school, where discipline was enforced with a raised finger. Leaving bottles behind would result in a charge of 20€, and that with a final cleaning fee of 129€, this price is also outrageous.

Very well-maintained, clean holiday apartment with high-quality furnishings. Nothing was missing. The view from the terrace is simply great. It's nice that pets are welcome and the holiday apartment is still so clean. We will gladly come back.

We were allowed to spend two weeks in this very clean and perfectly furnished flat. Everything is coordinated, nothing is missing. The reception is very friendly - you feel very welcome as a guest. The pictures don't promise too much - from the terrace you have a great view of the surrounding mountains. Absolutely recommendable!

We were here in December 2013 and 2014, in this highlight. From the first moment you feel immediately at home and the welcome is very nice and friendly....as is the entire team. You really feel welcomed as a guest. It is a very clean and lovingly furnished flat. We are already planning our next holiday here in the house of the Mahr family. Absolutely recommendable!

We have rarely had such a tasteful, well-equipped and super clean flat. It would have been even more relaxing for us if the garden had had a small fence for our dog, otherwise everything was perfect!

We felt at home from the first moment. The view of the Wetterstein mountains from the living room and the terrace is priceless. The furnishing of the flat is of high quality and comfortable, the kitchen is good and equipped with enough dishes. Our reception by Mrs Tobies was warm and uncomplicated. We also particularly liked the location of the house - Farchant is quieter than Garmisch-Partenkirchen, but still with good infrastructure. We can recommend this holiday residence without hesitation!

I can only recommend this flat. Very nice furnishings, cosy and everything you need is there. The view of the mountains is an experience, especially in the morning. Behind the terrace there are only meadows...our dog also felt very comfortable. In Farchant there are all the necessary shops for delicious shopping and to Garmisch it is a stone's throw. You can also start hiking directly from the flat. We will definitely be back!

What can we say? It was the most beautiful holiday flat we have ever had. Just great. It's just a shame that you can only book from Saturday to Saturday. A little more flexibility would be nice, so that you can also take a 10-day holiday. But otherwise highly recommended.

We can really recommend this holiday flat. Everything you need is there, super equipped kitchen, high quality finishes, new bathroom, modern kitchen, very comfortable box spring bed.

The location is mega. Unobstructed view of the mountains from the great terrace. a river flows 100 metres away. There is a very beautiful adventure path within walking distance, leading to the waterfall. Unfortunately there is a train not far away, at first I thought it would disturb us, but I only heard it the first morning, after that I didn't notice it anymore.

There is one small thing to complain about. We were disturbed by the automatic light in the hallway. We found it unnecessary, when you got up in the night, you were completely awake and it stayed on longer. My father slept in the small room with the door open, he doesn't like it any other way, and was awake every time.....

We felt very comfortable with our point lady and will certainly come back again. There are many beautiful hiking possibilities from Farchant, ideal with a dog. The view of the magnificent mountains all around adds to the beautiful ambience. The hotel is located in the centre of the village of Farchant and has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, which adds to the beautiful ambience.

A very nice and above all high quality and modern holiday flat. Nothing was missing - except a few drinking glasses, which were delivered promptly. Here you can really relax and enjoy in peace (literally, because it was really very quiet in the whole house). Our little Westie was welcome and felt right at home. Tip: Be sure to visit the beautiful Eibsee lake nearby (Zugspitze).

We spent a week in the flat Lebenslust and were very satisfied with the care and also the condition of the flat very clean and everything you need in the kitchen was available. The view was bombastic, you look directly into the mountains. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
