We can really recommend the vacation apartment. Everything you need is there, super-equipped kitchen, everything is high quality, new bathroom, modern kitchen, very comfortable box spring bed. The location is amazing. Free view of the mountains from the great terrace. A river flows 100 meters away. There is a very nice experience path within walking distance, leading to the waterfall. Unfortunately, a train doesn't pass by often; at first, I thought it would disturb us, but I only heard it on the first morning and didn't notice it anymore afterward. There are a few small things to criticize. The automatically turning on light in the hallway disturbed us. We found it unnecessary; when you got up at night, you were immediately wide awake, and it stays on longer. We found the apartment very beautiful at first sight, great amenities. However, the lamp above the dining table produces very poor light, the floor lamp in the living room is crooked and about to fall over. The sofa is totally uncomfortable. We found the key handover to be unacceptable. If there is already a key safe at the house, it should be used so that people don't have to drive to Garmisch to pick up the key. Also, on departure, you have to drive to Garmisch for the key, what is the point of the Mahrs company then?
