Description

This apartment was completely renovated in early 2023 and the left bedroom was newly furnished.

From the living room and the terrace you have a wonderful sea view in the apartment “Albatros”. The apartment is 74m² and can accommodate 5 people, is located on the ground floor of an apartment house and can be accessed without steps. The large living / dining area has a large window front with adjoining terrace facing the sea. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (allergic mattresses + allergy topper mattresses), the second with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out and thus offers a third sleeping place. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A highchair and a cot are provided free of charge.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment in which no pets are allowed and is therefore allergy friendly furnished.

We felt very comfortable and found everything as described. 2 small notes regarding cleanliness. Since I have worked in the industry myself, I noticed it. 1. There were still toothpaste stains under the mirror shelf from the previous guest, and there were a lot of cobwebs on the terrace of the children's room. It didn't bother us further, but someone else might take offense. We had a very nice time with you, thank you very much. PS. Forgot two jars with sausage in the kitchen, just bought on the island. Thank you again and possibly see you soon, the Eichberg family.

We are in our 3rd year staying in one of your holiday apartments, the Albatross, which is large, cozy, and also cool on hot summer days. Please check the beds before releasing them; our bed frame creaked with every movement. I would wish that for 5 people and 4 overnight stays, there would be dish tabs for each day and toilet paper (4 instead of 2 rolls) available. I would be happy to pay an extra €10 for that. We would love to come back, thank you very much for the offered service.

So far, everything was great. Except for when you wanted to take a shower or do the dishes, it took a long time to get warm water. The showerhead also needs to be replaced.

The holiday flat "Albatros" is a very comfortably furnished holiday flat. We felt very comfortable there, except for some small things. It was not so nice that we found the used and not cleaned pan in the cupboard of our previous tenant. The bedding in both bedrooms should be cleaned once, it smells accordingly. The extensive range of crockery and pots and pans is worth mentioning, you can even fill up the dishwasher. The bathroom equipment was sufficient for us, perhaps the ventilation should be checked, it sounded a bit "weak". The sea view was also very nice. There were two barbecues on the terrace, but we did not use them. The seating on the terrace was as good as new and easy to use. All in all, we had a great time. We would like to come back.
