The name of the “Traumblick” (Dream View) apartment says it all, from here you have a fantastic view of the beach "Schwarzer Busch". It is 55m² and can accommodate 4 people. Located in the attic of an apartment house directly on the beach "Schwarzer Busch". Spacious living/dining area with large window front and a sofa bed (1.40x2.00m). A bedroom with a double bed and a feel-good bathroom with a glass shower and bathtub.
A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.
Free internet access is available to you!

Für uns ist es immer wie "nach-Hause-kommen" wenn wir oben angekommen sind, die Tür aufschließen, rein gehen. Es ist sauber, gemütlich und der Traumblick vom Balkon oder das Bullauge. Die Sitzecke in der Stube lädt zum verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist völlig ausreichend, die Matratzen nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Allerdings etwas sehr schmal. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Schränke sind leider mit Reserve-Kopfkissen und Decken zum Teil blockiert. War aber okay, zumindest im Sommer, wenn man nicht zu viele Sachen zu verstauen hat. Das Bad ist groß, mit Dusche und Badewanne. Würden uns allerdings wünschen, etwas mehr Haken zu haben, um die Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Der Balkon ist niedlich, gemütlich und man hat einen zauberhaften Blick über die Ostsee und am Abend sind die Sonnenuntergänge atemberaubend und phantastisch. Die Wohnung ist gut tempariert und bestätigt nicht die Sorge, wegen unter dem Dach.... Der zugehörige Parkplatz im Hof ist relativ schmal, für größere Autos braucht man Geduld und Fingerspitzengefühl um einzuparken und aussteigen zu können. Der Beifahrer muss vor dem einparken aussteigen. Zum Strand ist es optimal, man "fällt einmal um" und ist da. Zusammen gefasst, einfach traumhaft schön und absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit allen wichtigen Dingen für den Urlaub eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Kritik. Selbst das mehrmalige Besteigen der 53 Treppenstufen am Tag kann man als sportliche Betätigung ansehen.

Bad zu kalt, Badheizkörper war nicht richtig warm geworden. Fernseher, Bildqualität und Größe könnte besser sein. Die Aussicht ist super. Wir sind gern auf der Insel Poel und in den verschiedenen Appartements. Wir können uns hier sehr gut erholen und freuen uns schon auf den Sommer.

Wirklich eine unglaublich tolle Wohnung. Ausstattung super zum Wohlfühlen, auch wenn mal nicht das perfekte Wetter ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen: 4 Stockwerke ohne Fahrstuhl. Für Leute mit Gehproblemen schwierig bis unmöglich. Überlegt mal, ob ihr da eine Lösung finden könnt.

For us, it's always like coming home when we arrive upstairs, unlock the door, and go inside. It's clean, cozy, and has a dream view from the balcony or porthole. The seating area in the living room invites you to linger and relax. The kitchen is optimally equipped. The bedroom is completely sufficient, the mattresses not too soft and not too hard. However, a bit narrow. The available closets are unfortunately partially blocked with reserve pillows and blankets. But that was okay, at least in the summer when you don't have too many things to store. The bathroom is large, with a shower and bathtub. However, we would like to have a few more hooks to hang the towels. The balcony is cute, cozy, and has a magical view over the Baltic Sea, and in the evening, the sunsets are breathtaking and fantastic. The apartment is well-tempered and does not confirm the concern of being under the roof....
The associated parking space in the courtyard is relatively narrow, patience and finesse are required to park and get out for larger cars. The passenger has to get out before parking.
It is optimal to the beach, you "fall once" and you're there.
In summary, simply wonderfully beautiful and absolutely recommendable.

Really an incredibly great flat. The furnishings are perfect for feeling at home, even if the weather is not perfect.
The only downside: 4 floors without a lift. Difficult or impossible for people with walking problems. Think about whether you can find a solution.

The flat is beautiful. Several lamps/bulbs (storeroom, hallway) did not work. I'm sure the caretaker will get that fixed quickly. :-) Otherwise - as usual - everything was fine.

TV, picture quality and size could be better.
The view is great. We like to stay on the island of Poel and in the various flats. We can relax very well here and are already looking forward to the summer.

We enjoyed the two weeks intensively. The flat has absolute feel-good character. The cute balcony was our favourite place when we were in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked almost every day. The bedroom is perfectly adequate, although the storage space in the two wardrobes could be a bit more. The beds are a bit narrow, but the mattresses were perfect. In the bathroom we found it very pleasant that there was a shower and a large bathtub. In the bathroom it would be nice if there were a few more hooks than the one. Nevertheless, we felt perfectly comfortable and we also managed the stairs up better from day to day. We would be happy to come back again.

The flat is very lovingly furnished with all the essentials for a holiday. There is no criticism. Even climbing the 53 steps several times a day can be considered a sporting activity.

The extra sleeping facility (pull-out couch) is not suitable for 2 adults as it is uncomfortable and creaks a lot. It would be nice if the flat was allowed for 4 people if a new sleeping option was created. The PAS service was great. And the flat itself was great.
