I really like the vacation rental, especially the view from the window. It is also very nice that upon arrival the staff are very friendly and have prepared everything. I would like to thank you very much for the guest gift that was on the glass table. It was very good that the number of parking spaces has been expanded. The cleanliness is okay, but unfortunately not in a few corners. There were dirt flakes on the broom. The stairwell was very dirty on many days. The dirt in the basement is also spectacular. This was the case last year as well. Throughout our stay, the doorbell system did not work, which is not nice when children want to ring. I would find it helpful if there was an outlet by the bed to charge the phone. The drying rack is so old that not all the bars are functional.

Thank you very much for providing the apartment Traumblick, after the balcony door and thus the only window/ventilation option in the apartment Westwind we booked was broken. Traumblick was a real upgrade for us. The name is program, the view is truly dreamy. The cleanliness was really great, we only missed a potato peeler, which was kindly delivered by PAS. For us, no problem, but it's a pity that there is no elevator in the building; therefore, the vacation apartment is unfortunately a bit difficult to reach with a lot of luggage and not at all suitable for people with limited mobility or parents with strollers.

A few small kitchen items were missing (bread basket, schoolmaster, etc.). Otherwise, a perfect vacation apartment with a high feel-good factor.

Beautiful apartment, however, the bathroom could use a few more towel hooks; I had read in a review beforehand that there are too few, so I brought some suction hooks just in case, which was good.

Great location right by the beach access. Tastefully furnished apartment. High chair and toys available. A selection of books and DVDs to get through bad weather are available in the living room. Unfortunately, the apartment is on the top floor, 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs. Parking options are a bit tight for larger vehicles.

The parking spaces are too narrow. This is surely due to the development of cars, as they have been getting wider over the years.

For us, it always feels like "coming home" when we arrive upstairs, unlock the door, and go inside. It is clean, cozy, and the dream view from the balcony or the porthole is spectacular. The seating area in the living room invites you to linger and relax. The kitchen is optimally equipped. The bedroom is completely sufficient, with mattresses that are neither too soft nor too hard, although they are quite narrow. Unfortunately, the available wardrobes are partially blocked with spare pillows and blankets. It was okay, at least in the summer, when you don’t have too many things to store. The bathroom is large, with a shower and a bathtub. However, we would wish for a few more hooks to hang the towels. The balcony is cute, cozy, and offers a charming view over the Baltic Sea, and in the evening the sunsets are breathtaking and fantastic. The apartment is well-tempered and does not confirm the concern about being under the roof... The associated parking space in the courtyard is relatively narrow; larger cars require patience and finesse to park and get out. The passenger must exit before parking. It's optimal to reach the beach; you "fall over" and you're there. In summary, simply breathtakingly beautiful and absolutely recommendable.

The apartment is very lovingly furnished with all the important things for the holiday. There are no criticisms. Even the multiple climbs of the 53 steps a day can be seen as a form of exercise.

Note about missing Wi-Fi would be good, a certain level of fitness is a prerequisite for managing the 3 floors, otherwise a nice apartment.

The bathroom was too cold, the towel radiator hadn't warmed up properly. The TV, picture quality and size could be better. The view is great. We enjoy being on the island of Poel and in the different apartments. We can relax very well here and are already looking forward to the summer.

Really an incredibly great apartment. Equipment super for feeling comfortable, even when the weather isn't perfect. The only downside: 4 floors without an elevator. Difficult to impossible for people with mobility issues. Consider whether you can find a solution for that.

Really an incredibly great flat. The furnishings are perfect for feeling at home, even if the weather is not perfect.
The only downside: 4 floors without a lift. Difficult or impossible for people with walking problems. Think about whether you can find a solution.

The flat is beautiful. Several lamps/bulbs (storeroom, hallway) did not work. I'm sure the caretaker will get that fixed quickly. :-) Otherwise - as usual - everything was fine.

The view is great. We like to stay on the island of Poel and in the various flats. We can relax very well here and are already looking forward to the summer.

We enjoyed the two weeks intensively. The flat has absolute feel-good character. The cute balcony was our favourite place when we were in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked almost every day. The bedroom is perfectly adequate, although the storage space in the two wardrobes could be a bit more. The beds are a bit narrow, but the mattresses were perfect. In the bathroom we found it very pleasant that there was a shower and a large bathtub. In the bathroom it would be nice if there were a few more hooks than the one. Nevertheless, we felt perfectly comfortable and we also managed the stairs up better from day to day. We would be happy to come back again.

The extra sleeping facility (pull-out couch) is not suitable for 2 adults as it is uncomfortable and creaks a lot. It would be nice if the flat was allowed for 4 people if a new sleeping option was created. The PAS service was great. And the flat itself was great.
