Our holiday homes are comfortably equipped for max. 6 people and are situated on a slope in the immediate vicinity (50m) of Lake Plauer See.
The lovingly and harmoniously furnished holiday homes are a small holiday paradise for all those who want to relax and recharge their batteries. With 85 sqm of living space, they offer plenty of room for 6 people. Both in the dining area and on the large terrace you can take your meals with a very beautiful lake view, listen to the birds or just relax. In the living area there is a very nice seating area. A fireplace provides additional cosiness on cool days and evenings. A reading corner is available with a small library. A CD player is available for background music. The living room consists of a comfortably equipped kitchen with dining area and a cosy sitting area. In the kitchen's pharmacy cupboard you will find coffee, tea, spices and the usual accessory foods, which you may wish to replenish for subsequent guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on each floor. Mosquito screens in front of the windows and doors allow fresh air and a restful sleep.
The bedrooms are equipped with solid furniture. There is a sauna next to a shower room. On the terrace you will find sufficient garden furniture with loungers and parasol as well as a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed in our houses.
The beautiful surroundings for are very suitable for long hikes, bike tours and walks. The very clear and clean water of Lake Plauer See invites you to swim, bathe and go on rowing boat or kayak tours. Under the tab "Location, Activities" you will find further information on activities.

The holiday home is located in the holiday home area along Lake Plauer See from the direction of Alt Schwerin (museum town) in a quiet location.
Alt Schwerin is about 1 km away. There is a small grocery shop and café for breakfast and lunch.
Nearby (approx. 3 km) there is a fisherman where you can get fresh fish or eat well in the restaurant.
Alt Schwerin is about 5 km from the A19. From here you can quickly get to Güstrow, Rostock or Warnemünde for a day trip

Nearby (7 km) is the small town of Malchow with a rare revolving bridge or Plau am See (approx. 15 km).
Schwerin is about 30 km away. The town of Waren an der Müritz with the Müritzseum is also about 30 km away
The rural landscape is slightly hilly with lots of woods, water and fields.
The cycle paths are relatively well developed.

Family vacation
Very beautiful house, in a quiet location with a view of the lake.
There was nothing lacking in terms of amenities, everything was very clean. Garden furniture, grill, and bicycles available for use.
For cold times, there is a sauna and a fireplace.
We were welcomed with a lovingly arranged bouquet of flowers on the dining table.
The booking went smoothly and the key was in the safe as described.
We really enjoyed the terrace with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, the recommended village shop was closed all week.
A small minus is the unusable stairs to the lake, so the detour and the car had to be used.
The one euro spa fee is well invested. We made good use of the free ring bus.
We felt very comfortable in the cozy house and enjoyed the evening sunsets on the terrace.
