In the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District lies our modernly furnished holiday home in Alt Schwerin, completed after renovation in 2023. This idyllic holiday home on Lake Plauer See offers you space to relax on 90 square metres of living space.
The spacious terrace with a view of Lake Plauer See invites you to relax, and from here you can access the conservatory with fireplace, which provides cosy and comfortable warmth in the living area on cooler days. The modern eat-in kitchen is equipped with all important appliances.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a ground-level shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find comfortable double beds in both bedrooms for restful nights.
Furthermore, two cosy armchairs await you in front of floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Lake Plauer See.
Even the smallest guests are catered for: a cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
The bathing beach is only a few steps away, the gently sloping shore invites you to splash around and play in the water.

Your holiday destination is located between Waren (Müritz) and Plau am See, in the middle of one of the most enchanting landscape areas in Germany. The holiday home is only a few steps away from the shore of Lake Plauer See, in the immediate vicinity of the Moorochsen, the observation tower of the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide Nature Park.
Of the more than 1000 lakes, Lake Plauer See, with a visibility depth of more than 2 metres, has been classified as having "excellent water quality" for many years.
You can reach Alt Schwerin, a tourist-oriented small museum village, on foot in just a few minutes. In Dörpladen you will find fresh bread rolls and homemade cakes.
The "Lake Plauer See Cycle Circuit" starts in the direct vicinity of the holiday home. From here you can make wonderful excursions to the bear forest, the various open-air museums, observation towers, the monkey forest or the summer toboggan run.
The towns of Plau am See, Malchow and Waren (Müritz) with their renovated old towns and small alleys invite you to take a stroll. You can indulge in the culinary delights of the region in numerous restaurants in the area. The many lakes, cycling and hiking paths through the countryside also offer active holidaymakers plenty of opportunities for recreation.
