Niedernsill is in the immediate vicinity of well-known holiday resorts such as Zell am See, Kaprun, Saalbach and Kitzbühel. The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area with over 400 km of pistes is only 14 km away, and the ski bus stop is only 200 m from the house. During summers, you can cool off in the nearby Niedernsill bathing lake or dive into the crystal-clear water in Zell am See.
The holiday apartment, which is very cosy due to the many wooden furniture and fittings, has a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a TV in the living room and bedroom. You can park on-site.

Very complete and roomy house! The hostess is very kind. The location is superb, with a lot of hiking routes or other activities nearby. The local swimming lake is also great for sunny days.
