This modern, detached holiday home for a maximum of 10 people is located in the town of Niedernsill in Salzburgerland, in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
On the ground floor there is the living room with a large open kitchen as well as a bedroom and bathroom, on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace with a beautifully landscaped garden. This home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are parking spaces directly at the house.
Directly in Niedernsill are the ski areas Nagelköpfl - Piesendorf with 2 kilometers of slopes and 3 lifts/runs and Niedernsill with 1 kilometer of slopes and 2 lifts/runs, which are well-known ski areas in Salzburgerland such as the glacier ski area in Kaprun, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn and the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
In summer you can of course enjoy everything that the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer, such as the famous Krimml waterfalls, the Großglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs and of course the numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The swimming lake in Niedersill is also a 5-minute walk from the holiday home.
Restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.

It is nice and spacious house to stay with zn 10th. In addition, everything is not nice and you are in Zell am See with about 15 minutes and Saalbach with about 30 minutes

After a completely smooth booking through Belvilla, we spent a great week in the beautiful holiday home. The house is really equipped with everything you could wish for and both the cleanliness upon arrival and the amount of dishes, for example, is great.
The landlord is available at any time and is very happy to help.
We can definitely recommend the house and would be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect except one little thing. I use to spend holidays in Belvilla´s holidays homes from 2018 and this was the first time when we had to buy own toilet paper. It´s not a big deal, but when you arrive about 18:00 at the evening and all markets are already closed, you have no chance to buy this kind of stuff. It would be good if Belvilla will inform also about this things in advance (together with kitchen towels, bed linen, bath towels etc for example). House was clean and new. We spent great time here. :)

The bathing lake is also easily accessible on foot. There are a lot of attractions and sights nearby. What more could you ask for? The host family was very friendly and nice.
