Cosy holiday home (fenced) in a fantastic location on the sunny side of Niedernsill, suitable for 6-10 people. The holiday home has been completely renovated and is electrically heated.
In total there are 2 bedrooms (double bed), 1 children's room with balcony, living room with couch and a kitchen with additional cooker.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to extend the attic area of one bedroom by a mattress dormitory (4 children), which makes every child's heart beat faster.
There are two large bathrooms, a sauna and an anteroom.
Fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the village of Niedernsill from the balcony and bay window.

You can reach the holiday home from the roundabout in Niedernsill as follows:
Pass the Spar market on the right in the direction of Steindorf, after 200 m turn right onto the Ematberg estate road, after another 200 m turn left into the second house (Ematberg No. 5).
