Arrive and feel at home, in our bright, spacious holiday flat you can.
Relax in the cosy living room. We have a flat-screen LCD TV and of course free Wi-Fi for you. The kitchen is new and fully equipped including a Nespresso machine as well as a filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, various teas etc.. There is an extra dining room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (180 x 200), the other with two single beds (90 x 200) which can be pushed together + the en suite bathroom. A separate room with a relax chair and bookshelf invites you to read and linger
Our holiday flat ANOUK is a 130 sqm extension (bungalow) to a detached house with a separate entrance.

The house is located in the Scheuerberg district of Erbach in a very quiet, close to the forest and yet central location. The flat, which will be completely renovated by 12/2021, has modern furnishings, 4 rooms, a new, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a spacious feel-good bathroom with underfloor heating and large shower. There is also a separate WC with a washing machine.
The sun terrace offers plenty of space for a cosy meal or relaxing in the hanging lounger.
Several free parking spaces in the courtyard belong to the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat has an excellent location and is the ideal starting point for great excursions. Michelstadt with its world-famous town hall is about 5 km away. Heidelberg and Darmstadt approx. 50 km. The train station Erbach/Odenwald is 2 km away. The nearby outdoor swimming pool "Alexanderbad", the hunting lodge Eulbach as well as the wildlife park Brudergrund offer further special recreational opportunities. The thermal bath in Bad König offers wellness with a sauna area and a salt grotto and is about 15 minutes away.
The nearest shopping facilities (bakery/butcher/fruit and greengrocer/pharmacy) are within 3 minutes walking distance. The centre of Erbach with its historic castle and ivory museum can be reached on foot in 5 minutes
Hikes can be started directly from the house.
Bicycle tours and hikes are possible for beginners and advanced hikers in a variety in the beautiful Odenwald. Maps are available in the holiday flat.

via the A5 motorway from the south to Heidelberg, from the north to Darmstadt, then via the B45 federal road to Erbach
By plane or train:

The VIAS Odenwald-Bahn takes you from Frankfurt main station directly to Erbach

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Dogs are welcome in our flat. Please discuss the size and number of animals with us BEFORE confirming your booking
Please do not let the dogs in the beds or on the sofa, unless you have brought your own blankets for the animals to lie on.
Cats are NOT allowed due to an allergy on my part
Children are only allowed from the age of 13.
