Despite the central location right at the roundabout, the apartment is completely quiet at the back and you hardly notice the hustle and bustle in front. The beach, the center, shopping facilities, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Everything is great.

A well-equipped holiday apartment with minor flaws. The beds are good. The wardrobe, however, is a bit small. The dishes are insufficient for 6 people. The dishwasher runs half empty. Wine and beer glasses are available, but only 3 water glasses. Egg cups yes, but no egg spoons. The teaspoons available are too large. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Also to the shops. It is quite centrally located. But too small for 4 people. However, quite good for 2 people. You can't hear the nearby restaurants from the apartment. Unfortunately, the entrance door slams very loudly. It was difficult to adjust the water in the bathroom and kitchen to the right temperature. The pool in the basement is very nice. Nevertheless, I find the costs for the offseason a bit too high for a ground floor apartment. Especially since the caretaker service was parked there daily in the morning, diagonally next to the terrace, which is not so nice when you're having breakfast there in the morning. Overall, though, a quite comfortable apartment.

The apartment is well located. The swimming pool is small, but very nice and very close to the apartment! Especially great with children! The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped. It lacks things like a vegetable peeler, a salad bowl, teaspoons. That would be desirable! Otherwise, everything is fine! There is even an iron and several vacuum cleaners! Thanks for the stay!

The location of the apartment is great! Several restaurants as well as a playground are right next door, yet the apartment is quiet because it faces the back. On the terrace, you don't notice anything of the hustle and bustle and it feels like being in the countryside. The wellness area is wonderful, especially when the weather is unpredictable.
