However, in today's times, not being able to use streaming services (the TV on site even has Netflix as an app) has been quite disappointing. For us personally, this diminished the overall impression.

The stay in Boltenhagen was really very enjoyable. The holiday apartment is nicely centrally located. It’s only a few minutes to the beach, and shopping is also within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious. Absolutely good for 3 people. Only the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Poor information provision from Nordic. No information passed on to the caretaker. No information received from Nordic upon arrival about WELAN and that the caretaker is in the building. We were promised by Nordic that the caretaker would call us the next day regarding the different height specifications of the underground garage. This did not happen. We had to park our car on the street, where the side mirror would be hit. However, the underground garage is included in the price. We then took care of ourselves again and learned that Haubold is not in the desert and is even in the house. He was very nice. I don't understand why he doesn't handle the rental himself. It saves misunderstandings and trouble. The apartment was very nice.

We really liked it....the accommodation was very clean....the apartment was simply great....the mattresses were dreamy...everything you need is in the kitchen....the rental of the linen packages is a bit overpriced....otherwise, we would gladly come back and thank the apartment owner.

The apartment is definitely recommended! We felt very comfortable! Especially our 3-year-old son enjoyed playing with the available toys! The children's chair and stool for the bathroom were great too! We liked the huge bedroom with the comfortable bed and the rest of the furnishings! Very beautiful and quiet apartment with more than everything you need. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Many restaurants and several bakeries nearby. We were able to move into the apartment shortly after 1 PM on the day of arrival. Many thanks to the friendly team from Nordic. The sun protection on the large balcony could be improved a bit. On one of the 7 days, it was too hot to have breakfast outside, as the umbrella can only be mounted in one fixed position. We would take the apartment again.

The apartment is very spacious and well-furnished, everything you need is there, even a cleaning bucket, broom, and vacuum cleaner. The shops are also nearby, as well as numerous restaurants, some of which were even located in the building complex, which were not disturbing! We found the parking space belonging to the apartment in the underground garage super, nice and cool - ideal for dog owners as well. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the elevator from the underground garage to the 3rd floor. We would book this apartment again and can recommend it!

Spacious, beautifully furnished apartment. However, in the high season it would be too expensive for us and there would probably be too much hustle and bustle around. On the ground floor of the complex, there are three restaurants plus an ice cream parlor. It is likely to be quite loud in the evenings during the summer. Also directly on Boltenhagen's main thoroughfare. We really enjoyed it in the low season. Nice pool area for free use, sauna for a (small) fee. We would take the apartment again.

The accommodation is perfect for families with children. Plenty of space and everything you need to feel comfortable. Pool and sauna in the basement, the playground well-equipped and always in view from the bedroom and balcony, the beach just a stone's throw away and several restaurants as well as an ice cream parlor right at the doorstep. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. No wishes remain unfulfilled.

Just a beautiful apartment, where everything needed is available. The location is a dream; you just have to cross the street and in 50m you're at the beautiful beach. A café with the tastiest Italian ice cream and restaurants right at the door. In less than 200m, you can reach the shopping promenade on foot, where you can linger, shop a lot, browse, and also eat well. We can only recommend it.

The location of the holiday apartment is really very central. The swimming pool and the sauna in building 1 are easily accessible via the underground garage. The sauna costs 1 euro for 15 minutes (so pack some euro coins). Unfortunately, the internet connection in apartment 63 gets interrupted after a certain period of time, for whatever reason. Otherwise, we liked the holiday apartment number 63.

The small sauna area of the residential complex was also in good condition; we were there in November and were able to use it well. The location of the apartment in the village is optimal: right in the center of the village and yet only 2 minutes from the beach.
