Enjoy a pleasant living climate and relaxing vacation in the perfectly equipped chalet made of solid wood with swiss pine walls in bedroom and living room in the Karwendel Silver Region .
The small holiday house has an eat-in kitchen with pull-out sofa, fireplace and large flat TV, a bedroom with swiss pine double bed and a bathroom with infrared cabin, walk-in shower and double washbasin. From the balcony and terrace, which are equipped with garden furniture, our guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain panorama and the surrounding castles Sigmundslust, Mitterhart and Freundsberg. Many excursion destinations and top ski resorts are in close vicinity.
The Chaletl is equipped with a photovoltaic system, a battery storage as well as a heat pump and is therefore energy self-sufficient. Thus, it has a positive impact on the environment and the climate, as it does not produce CO2 emissions during heating and hot water preparation.
On hot days, the cottage is cooled to 25 degrees by geothermal energy through the underfloor heating, creating a pleasant living environment.
Another special feature is the pure and refreshing drinking water from the tap, which comes directly from the spring into the holiday house.
There are enough parking spaces available. Bicycles can be locked in the garage with ski boot dryer. The WIFI is free of charge.

Countless historical sights such as castles and fortresses as well as medieval towns (Kufstein, Rattenberg, Schwaz, Hall and Innsbruck) can be reached quickly.
The apartment is the starting point of many bike trails, hikes and nearby lakes. (Achensee, Reintalersee, Berglsteiner See).
Other excursion destinations such as the high ropes course in Kramsach, Alps Zoo, Happy Hopp play park as well as the Wolfs Gorge, Swarovski Crystal Worlds and the Schwaz Silver Mine are within reach.
Due to the central location, the ski resorts Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, Alpbachtal, Zillertal and Stubaital can be easily reached within half an hour.
A lighted toboggan run is located behind the house.

Best vacation house ever
The welcome upon arrival was very warm and personal. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by a pleasant coolness despite the midsummer heat. The latest technology and window shading in the chalet make it possible. Overall, the apartment is exceptionally pleasant and comfortably furnished for two people: top-notch kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, spacious walk-in shower, two sinks, all very clean and new. The beds are very comfortable, and thanks to the insect protection in the bedroom, we were able to sleep well with the window wide open. The front wall made of pine wood likely contributed to this. The thing we enjoyed the most was the view from the windows while having breakfast: over the Inn Valley to the opposite mountains. The armchair with the same view and the opportunity to put your legs up was the most sought-after spot. If we travel to the area again, we will definitely stay at the Chaletl again!
