This fantastic villa with stunning views and perfect access to the surrounding beaches and villages is located in the northeast of the island between the beautiful Mallorcan villages of Son Servera (6km) and Capdepera (8km). To the white sandy beaches of Cala Millor or the Costa de los Pinos it is only a few minutes drive. On a plot of 14,000m² is the villa with a total living area of 300m², divided over 2 floors. Overall, the villa is bright and modern and has 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, underfloor heating, as well as Internet (W-Lan). Ground floor The bright living room invites with the fireplace and its comfortable sofas and armchairs to a cozy get-together. Satellite TV and music player are available for entertainment. In the modern kitchen, with integrated dining area, you can prepare your favorite dishes together and enjoy them at the large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with fridge + freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is also worth visiting the stalactite cave of Artà in the bay of Canyamel with the largest free-standing stalactite column in Europe, called "Reina". The two villages invite with their many small bars and cafes and the small cozy village squares to linger. A tip is the weekly market in Artà on Tuesdays with fresh fruit and vegetables. A large selection of restaurants and varied nightlife can be found in the coastal resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada. But of course there is much more to discover along the east coast. Whether small bays, large beaches with numerous water sports or the nature and beautiful landscapes.
