The penthouse with a total of 140 m2, of which 70 m2 south terrace, is the only residential unit in the house
It is modern and tastefully furnished, the floor-to-ceiling windows make it bright and friendly
The apartment consists of a living room, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet, bathroom with bidet, toilet and window.
The cast iron wood stove in the living room provides coziness in the autumn and winter season.
On the terrace there is a gazebo with dining facilities and a gas grill, yet you still have enough space to sunbathe or relax in peace on the sunbeds.
