Our vacation apartment on Lake Garda is quiet and yet conveniently located between Arco and Riva
The penthouse with a total of 140 m2, of which 70 m2 south terrace, is the only residential unit in the house
It is modern and tastefully furnished, the floor-to-ceiling windows make it bright and friendly
The apartment consists of a living room, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet, bathroom with bidet, toilet and window.
The cast iron wood stove in the living room provides coziness in the autumn and winter season.
On the terrace there is a gazebo with dining facilities and a gas grill, yet you still have enough space to sunbathe or relax in peace on the sunbeds.

Directly in front of the vacation home is a bike path and a bus stop, so you can easily reach, even without a car, the center of Arco (1.5 km), Riva (3.5 km), the surfer's paradise Torbole (5 km) and of course Lake Garda
Many via ferratas and hiking trails are just a few kilometers away.
