Hurricane update: There is currently no cage (insect screen) around the pool and terrace. This was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. We are trying to rebuild it as soon as possible.
The name says it all: here you will find your personal, modern holiday paradise and pure relaxation. As soon as you enter the villa, you will be impressed by the exceptional furnishings and fittings. The living and dining area offers enough space for everyone. Cooking and eating together is especially fun in the stylish, high-quality kitchen. It is fully equipped so that you will want for nothing when cooking together. The large sliding glass doors allow the living area to open out onto the lanai.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Spend cosy evenings in the sitting area next to the pool, and prepare a delicious dinner on the BBQ grill. On a warm summer day, you can cool off in the pool (which can also be heated if necessary). The comfortable loungers on the spacious lanai invite you to linger and relax.
Everyone will find their perfect retreat in the four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom and junior bedroom offer a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom. All bedrooms are also equipped with TVs. There is also an office room in the house where you can work undisturbed. Here you will also find a sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests.
In the gameroom you will find a table tennis table and a foosball table, where you and your family can spend exciting hours. So you get the whole holiday programme and don't even have to leave the house. Nevertheless, the location is perfect for exciting excursions in the surrounding area. You can be in Fort Myers Downtown in no time, with great restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. You are also close to popular attractions such as the SunSplash water park and numerous golf clubs and parks. Nearby Pine Island Road takes you to beautiful beaches and nature.

Our house is located in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral.
Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 40 min and from Tampa 2.5 hrs to the house. 3 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Adventure Island or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, is also 35 min away. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops are 5 minutes away by car. Big shopping mall and outlet stores within 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
