Relax in the quiet little town with its idyllic harbour or spend a few hours on the Schaabe beach, just a few minutes' walk away

built in 2011, the house offers enough space for up to 6 adults and a small child.
In addition to approx. 125 sqm of living space divided into the living-dining area on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms,
1 full bathroom and a guest toilet, there is also a terrace with a garden area and a
a Buschbeck barbecue fireplace.
You will find a free parking space directly in front of the house. You will find further parking spaces in the immediate vicinity or on one of the long-term parking spaces in Breege.
WLAN is also available free of charge in the house.
We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing of the house, almost all the furniture is new

The living/dining area
The living and dining area can accommodate up to 7 people. A high chair for a small child is available free of charge. Two large chests of drawers offer enough space for all kinds of things.
A wine fridge is available here for wine and juices. Children are welcome to occupy themselves with painting utensils or games.
From the living room you can access the terrace with seating and barbecue facilities.
Both terrace doors are equipped with roller shutters.
The bedrooms
The master bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a new box-spring bed (width of 1.80m), bedside tables and touch lamps. The television is streamable. Wardrobe and chest of drawers offer space for clothes, blankets, etc.
In this room you will also find the stable baby cot with new mattress.
Next door in the small bedroom 2 people can sleep, ideal to use as a children's bedroom.
In the attic there are 3 single beds.
All skylights are equipped with blackout blinds. The other windows have roller shutters with built-in fly screens.
The kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
In addition to sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, the following is available:

The garden is fully fenced and lovingly redesigned in 2021 and 2022. The berries growing there can be picked and eaten by the guests.

As a native of Stralsund, even after 25 years I am drawn back to my homeland once or twice a year.
