A small gem for a relaxing break

Our stay in this charming little holiday home was simply wonderful! The cottage is lovingly and modernly furnished, very clean, and offers everything you need for a cozy vacation. The location is perfect. The small outdoor area is sheltered from the wind and invites you to linger in the sun. Thanks to the lockable gate, the bicycles can also be safely stored here. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and we were able to conveniently park the car in a nearby garage. Communication with the landlords was completely uncomplicated and very reliable. Thank you once again for the perfect parking garage recommendation for a day trip to Amsterdam; it worked out great. The area invites great excursions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short time there and would love to come back again.

Holiday apartment

It is a beautifully furnished apartment. Very nice landlords, you feel very comfortable immediately, even with a dog no problem. The location of the apartment is a dream, you can take care of everything on foot. Always happy to come back.

Modern house and good starting point

When you arrive in Zilte Zee, you immediately feel at home. The small house is modern and super clean. The location is excellent for cycling, hiking, and beach holidays. We thank Maurice and Stephanie for furnishing the house with so much love.

Wellness holiday at Salty Lake

Holiday with dogs

Super bed, modern furniture, beautiful shower and everything was super clean!
You could also sit outside in the garden. Everything could be locked. We had a wonderful vacation and will come back. Highly recommended!
If anything, maybe a coat rack downstairs and some space for clothes were missing (for a 3-week vacation)!

Unfortunately, we were unable to travel due to illness, so we cannot evaluate the accommodation, but the pictures and reviews speak for themselves! But we can evaluate the way the landlords handled the situation, and it was very positive!:

Many thanks to Stefanie and Maurice, who responded very warmly to our sudden cancellation (one day in advance) and promptly sent us the necessary documents (cancellation invoice) for the travel insurance. Additionally, the accommodation was immediately made available in the occupancy calendar to possibly find spontaneous guests (also important for insurance!). In every subsequent email, they inquired about our well-being and wished us a speedy recovery, offering further assistance if necessary. It couldn't have gone any better or nicer!

We will definitely book the accommodation at a later date.

Highly recommended

We received a very nice welcome from Maurece. Although we had booked only 4 days before, everything worked perfectly. The small flat is very clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable.



It gets warm very quickly when you come in from the beach and are freezing.
We enjoyed our short holiday there so much that we will definitely recommend it to others.

Autumn holiday with dog ?

As soon as we arrived, we were very enthusiastic about the accommodation. It offers all comforts and is very modern and clean. We wanted for absolutely nothing. The host family is very friendly and was at our disposal for any request.
The beach is only a few minutes away and all shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

We felt very comfortable in your beautiful holiday home "Zilte Zee." It is very cozy, bright, and technically optimally equipped. The small, fine outdoor area rounds it all off. We could enjoy the sun in peace. The location is also very convenient, as we could quickly reach the (dog) beach on foot. We could also quickly access the pedestrian zone and the supermarket. House Zilte Zee

The house we booked for our "mini vacation" is a dream! Very modern and cozy furnishings, so we felt at home immediately. Additionally, the city and the beach are within walking distance. The family providing the house is very friendly and accommodating.

Super beautiful holiday apartment, highly recommend!

Dear Maurice, dear Stefanie, what a lovely week we were able to spend with you. The apartment is very centrally located to the beach and has been newly done up and furnished with so much love; there is nothing missing, and it is super clean. The terrace is charming, fenced, sheltered, and invites you to have breakfast in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening. For those traveling with a dog, the dog beach is highly recommended; it is located just nearby. Walk down on the right side of the parking lot at the last section of the beach and walk right along the beach. Here, dogs can run free without a leash. You can also spend the whole day at the beach with your dog without disturbance. Dogs are also welcome at the beach bars in this section. This section of the beach is also very little crowded and is recommended for those who want peace and quiet, and you can walk endlessly in this direction. The shopping street with many stores invites you to stroll, everything is within walking distance. There is also a Lidl in the village, but you have to drive there; otherwise, other shops can also be reached on foot. Maurice is always available for any questions, personally on site, and has many very good tips. We will definitely be very happy to come back, thank you! Annett, Tilo, and dog Luna ♥️

Zilte Sea

We really enjoyed our first holiday in Holland at the Zilte Zee holiday home of the ter Weeme family. The accommodation is very quiet and completely newly renovated. We lacked nothing. The fenced terrace offers plenty of space for a relaxed breakfast. Brought bikes can also be parked there. A highlight is the lovely bars at the wide Norsee beach (5 min. on foot).
