Far away from the Ballermann, varied landscapes merge with well-kept sandy beaches here. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollença, the beach slopes very gently down to the water. It is therefore well suited for small children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbour is the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana mountains. In Cala San Vicente you will find 3 bathing bays with crystal clear water.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Perfect view, great area and beaches. There were some problems with water. But the view compensated everything.

This is a charming apartment in a beautiful seaside town. The property is well described on the listing, and if anything the roof terrace deserves a special entry, as it enjoys glorious shade and air with a great view of the mountains and the sea. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C meant that even Irish travellers slept well through the warm nights.This property is in the heart of Cala Sant Vicenç, but the streets are not particularly noisy - this is not a 'party town', and its location means that trips out in the evening to the town's restaurants are on foot.Local towns with all the usual amenities are quite close, and Pollenca in particular is beautiful. We hired a car, and parked on the street right outside, but equally there is a very regular bus service through the town.Martina was an attentive and understanding host and issues of the writer's making were addressed in a professional and courteous way. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

I can highly recommend Martina's house. It's close to the beach, clean, quiet and has a nice terrace. Communication with Martina is also very good.

The accommodation is as described and in a good position for the beach which is about 150 metres away. Spacious terrace and covered dining area are very useful. We would return here. Thanks
