The villa is located on a large rural estate within the Sierra de Tramuntana, a tranquil and privileged setting where you can enjoy Majorcan nature. Among its most special corners stands a beautiful holm oak forest, where it is common to see sheep grazing.
Outside, it has a garden, spacious terraces, outdoor furniture, barbecue and private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The house has wifi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, television, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and outdoor parking. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware.
Located in a privileged setting, the villa is just 2 km from the coves of Cala Sant Vicenç and very close to Pollença, one of the most charming villages in northern Mallorca. An ideal location to combine tranquillity, nature and sea during your holidays.
