Perfect finca holiday in a super location

The service before and during the holiday was perfect and exceptionally good. The communication between the landlady and us (2 families/4 adults, 4 children) was always possible in the shortest time
Many thanks to Tito "the man" on site

The location, view and equipment of the finca is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The nearby towns of Pollenca and Alcudia invite you to stroll and eat out. The beaches and small bays with the breathtaking rocks and gorges offer a super change to the perfectly landscaped garden and pool of the finca.

We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again

P.S. A small suggestion for improvement:
Air conditioners in the other 3 of the 4 bedrooms

A wonderful finca away from the hustle and bustle

The reception on arrival was very friendly. The really nice ladies from the cleaning team showed and explained everything to us. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy but still quaint and authentic. We have never had a finca as well equipped as this one. We often stay in fincas, but this one was really top in almost all aspects! The towels were super fluffy and new, the beds good to very good (the box spring bed on the first floor was fantastic, our daughter said), clean, nice and tidy crockery and cutlery (except for one missing salad servers), wine, champagne, liqueur and water glasses in sufficient quantities, enough pots/pans and good knives, chopping boards, mortars, 2 coffee machines, lemon squeezer, and, and, and....
There were even spices, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener and cocoa.
As a welcome (which we found very nice) there was wine, bananas, strawberries, biscuits, olives, rolls, water, snacks, crisps and fresh chicken eggs.....
Otherwise, it was just wonderfully quiet and relaxing there. Our daughter (13) enjoyed the donkey Margarita, the flock of chickens (who laid eggs for our breakfast every day), the two ducks and 3 turkeys from the neighbouring property(?). We also had daily changing cat visitors, who were always allowed to eat our leftovers. On the property, oranges, lemons, mandarins, grapefruits, persimmons, pomegranates and walnuts were ripe at the time. The pool table, the ping-pong table and the large pool provided plenty of entertainment. There were also badminton rackets, card games and books to fight boredom.
Only the missing or very weak hot water supply on the ground floor (2 bathrooms+kitchen)
and that the toilet in the small bathroom partly did not drain.
Conclusion: A really beautiful place to relax with the best conditions.

Dream holiday with friends

We recently stayed in this beautiful finca near Pollenca, which offered us the opportunity to be together but also apart. There was plenty of room for 8 people - there were 5 of us
The finca is beautifully furnished in a country style - simple but inviting. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. The bedrooms - i.e. beds - were comfortable. 3 bathrooms ensured that all guests had their own realm.
We spent most of our time in the pool area or on the terrace: space and shade for everyone in this wonderful and very well-maintained garden
Possible future investments:
Ceiling fans on the terrace
Air conditioners for the bedrooms, which are still without.
In any case, we would like to visit this finca again! Pure relaxation!
