The location is just perfect to discover the northeast, try the golf courses and visit traditional as well as modern restaurants in Capdepera and Cala Ratjada. The vacation home has a total plot of 3500m² and offers you a living area of 100m², which is modern and bright and offers 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with air conditioning (cold/warm) as well as wifi. Step inside and enjoy the modern, Majorcan ambience, which will help you to forget the daily routine as soon as possible. In the cozy living/dining room you can invite guests for dinner without any problems. The dining table can seat up to 8 people and the cozy sofa corner invites you all year round with fireplace and smart TV with satellite connection for relaxing moments. In the kitchen you have enough space to test Mediterranean recipes together and you don't have to do without anything. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, etc.. as well as a cozy table for the morning coffee. In the large bedroom with double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and air conditioning, you can enjoy a walk-in closet and who travels with baby, need not worry here that the baby crib is not sufficient and the desired place.
The bathroom with rain shower integrates perfectly with the stylish, Mallorcan interior design. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and board at your disposal. Absolute guarantee of well-being is in the outdoor area, where it is difficult to choose your favorite spot. The Mediterranean garden offers you numerous hotspots for unforgettable photo moments. Enjoying life together on the Balinese bed or gazing at the stars, an extensive sunbath on one of the sun loungers or a siesta on the hammock.
