On the second floor of the historic Villa Ahlbeck, a classically furnished holiday flat awaits you that meets high standards. Particularly noteworthy is the timeless furnishing, which underlines the character of the house. Genuine wooden floorboards, English iron beds, real wood furniture and a beautiful, side sea view are the special attributes of the flat that make it a unique holiday home.
The open living room is separated from the kitchen by a sliding door. It is fully equipped and has an oven and microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a couch and a reading chair. The bright loggia will quickly become your favourite place. At the dining table, you can have breakfast with a sea view and start the day in comfort. In the evening you can end the day with the sound of the waves. The flat has two bedrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed and a massive wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has two single beds and access to the west-facing balcony. Through the houses, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea here and enjoy sunny evenings
A large bathroom with bathtub and shower partition as well as toilet and bidet completes the offer. WLAN is available. As a special highlight, our guests can use the sauna and steam bath in the house free of charge. A separate playroom has been set up in the villa for the little holidaymakers
You can park your car on an assigned parking space directly at the house. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee
*** IMPORTANT: currently the public wellness facilities in the complex are closed. Due to the Corona restrictions, there is no date for reopening yet. The property management is making every effort to fulfil all the necessary requirements for opening. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that the use of swimming pools will not yet be possible even after they have been opened in principle. There is no legal claim arising from the closure.***

Villa Ahlbeck is located in a quiet side street of the promenade of the Baltic seaside resort and consists of a historic villa and a new building. The promenade and the sandy beach are only 50 metres away. All shops of the town centre as well as restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance.
