The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for use: barbecue facilities and terrace. The barbecue is located in the landlord’s private garden. Please clean after use. The garden is NOT available for use.

Medulin. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Large dogs not allowed. Small dogs only allowed on the terrace, not in the garden. The garden is private. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
