The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Medulin. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST MED 077, IST MED 078, and IST MED 457 (each for 5 people) and IST MED 456 (4 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
