The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Medulin. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment IST MED 195 (4 people) is located in the same house. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and one parking space in the town (guarded).
