The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Medulin. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
