Description

Enter through the spacious conservatory, ideal for breakfast and to end the day.
The flat is modern, bright and friendly with a smooth transition, approx. 60 sqm in size
A living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a second TV and a bathroom.
If required, I can also provide you with an extra bed.
Central heating ensures pleasant temperatures.

The kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher and microwave.
In the garden there is of course also a barbecue at your disposal in the context of a pleasant privacy.
You can hike directly from the house.

Uess is a small village with 21 houses and a playground, surrounded by meadows, cornfields and woods.
The centre of the village is our beautiful old church with a tower that is over 1000 years old and was built by the Romans.
Uess is situated between Kelberg/ Kreis Daun and Ulmen/ Kreis Cochem in the volcanic Eifel.
It is close to the maars and the bird sanctuary at the Jungfernweiher.
In the neighbouring village is a dry maar (moor), which is now a nature reserve.
But attractions such as the Nürburgring, game and leisure parks are also nearby.
Trips to the waterfall at Nohn, the geyser in Wallenborn and the numerous castles are worth a visit.

Super fijne vakantiewoning

We hebben 4 dagen mogen verblijven in deze knusse vakantiewoning. Werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. En een super aardige gastvrouw. Alles super schoon en ook de locatie is top. Veel leuke dingen binnen 30 minuten autorijden. Echt een aanrader!

Beautiful

We were in Mrs. Jax's vacation apartment for the second time.
Nothing was missing, and the apartment is so lovingly and modernly furnished. We and our dog felt very comfortable.
The area is great for hiking, and it is very quiet.
Mrs. Jax is such a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful

The apartment offers all the comfort for both humans and dogs and is furnished so lovingly, as we have rarely seen! Mrs. Jax always kept an eye on our well-being, and we could relax wonderfully - despite the changeable weather! It's a pity that we couldn't use the beautifully designed terrace area because of that. The location of the apartment is ideal - you can start hiking directly from the place and reach many exciting places and tours in a short time. We will definitely come back!

Great hosts

We have enjoyed intensely and to be honest, this is one of the most beautiful accommodations we have rented so far (we have been to many places). The apartment is small, but still cozy. It is lovingly furnished and the garden is beautiful. And we were allowed to collect nuts in the garden. Furthermore, it is wonderfully quiet there, you can really relax. You walk directly from the house into the beautiful nature. The owner is very friendly and conveys a welcoming feeling.
We will definitely come back next year! Best regards

Super accommodation!

Nice and spotlessly clean apartment in a very quiet area. You have a two-person bedroom, a small living room with kitchen (everything you need to cook), and a conservatory where you can sit comfortably. The fenced garden is large, truly a playground for your dog(s). There are multiple seating areas so you will always find shade in warm weather. Just under 100 meters away, you will find walking paths along fields with a beautiful view. You can park your car in the carport, which is not very spacious, so parking along the road is also an option.

In short, an ideal place to stay as a couple and definitely when you bring your dog(s);

Rosalia is a very friendly and loving person. She lives above the apartment and is almost always available for questions.

Just breathe and be pampered

The photos were already great! The reviews very good and when I arrived! Great! So lovingly - everything was thought of! Nothing is missing! And if you still need something, you don't have to wait long for it!
Mrs. Jax's greatest goal is to make the guest happy and she achieves that effortlessly! Thank you for a wonderful time in the beautiful, cozy apartment, the cozy terrace, and the tranquil garden. Even my dog felt very comfortable and had a lot of freedom.

Rest and relaxation

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is lovingly and comfortably furnished. In the bedroom there is a second TV, what a service. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome gift. Mrs. Jax is a very warm and attentive hostess. A large garden and a great conservatory round off the whole thing. Hiking trails start directly from the house and are easy to walk. The peace is simply wonderful. We and our dog felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Perfect holiday to escape the stress of everyday life

We can recommend this holiday home to everyone who is looking for peace and quiet and likes to be in nature. The flat is very clean, beautifully furnished with attention to detail, and even dogs will find a dream island here especially for them. Everything you need is available and if something is missing, the nice and pet-loving landlady is happy to help. The winter garden was fantastic even in April and our dog loved to lie there. Dogs can really let off steam during walks and you can discover many beautiful places yourself.

We had a very good rest and would be happy if we could book again.

Great holiday flat and a great host!!!

A really great holiday flat, furnished with great attention to detail ♡ where you want for nothing!

Even for the dogs, everything was thought of and they were so ♡-welcomed! Thank you for that!!! That's not always the case..

The garden is just as beautiful, with its various seating options, you can really unwind there :0)

Unfortunately it was too wet for us to use it, but we will definitely come back next year!

There are still a few dream paths that would like to be explored ;0)

Very beautiful and exceptionally clean apartment!

We were as a family with a toddler (1 year) at Mrs. Jax's. The apartment is super clean and beautifully furnished. We were warmly welcomed and greeted. Everything is lovingly arranged down to the smallest detail. Many beautiful destinations in the area. They even provided us with a travel cot and a high chair. We had lovely days.

Top Accommodation

We needed accommodation with a dog in the Eifel on short notice. We then found this excellently furnished holiday apartment, where everything has been thought of. Very lovingly decorated and very clean. The winter garden and the garden were the absolute highlight for me as a nature lover. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the perfect place. Beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. In 15 minutes, you can be in Daun (if you want to go out to eat, for example). The friendly greeting and the loving care from the landlady made the short vacation an unforgettable experience. The three of us felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

Lovingly furnished vacation apartment with conservatory

This holiday apartment in the Eifel leaves nothing to be desired. Lovingly furnished, well-equipped, and very clean, these are the "four walls" for feeling good and relaxing. The winter garden and the garden were also a highlight for our dog.
Those seeking peace and relaxation, but also want to go on cycling and hiking tours through a wonderful landscape, are in the right place here.
We spent a really lovely time here.
