Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home is located on the Schouwen-Duiveland island in Zeeland.
The small village of Bruinisse is a seashell and fishing village directly on the Grevelingen Sea.
The North Sea (Renesse and Burg-Hamstede) is about 24km away.
The holiday home is located in the park: DE TONG.
Altogether many small houses form a cosy holiday village for young and old.
The park is attached to the Aquadelta Roompott holiday park and offers many leisure activities:

- Arcade (for bad days)

Hikers, cyclists and inline skaters also have the opportunity to discover new idyllic and kilometre-wide trails.

Charming little house

We spent a week here as a group of three and we lacked nothing. This little house is furnished with a lot of love. Coming in and feeling comfortable is what it's all about here.
The covered terrace was great; even in the rain or wind, you could still enjoy your coffee outside in peace in the morning.
I can only recommend it further.
From the first contact, everything was very positive.
We will definitely come back again.

Highly recommended accommodation

We can only give a very positive review. The accommodation is very well and purposefully equipped. It is very modern and lovingly furnished. We found everything in a tidy and very clean condition. The accommodation is located in a bungalow park, and you have your own entrance and a nice terrace with green space. It was also very quiet. The location was okay for us; we were quickly in the town by bike, where there are several establishments. There are also shopping opportunities in the town. The sights were not far away. Contacting the owners is not a problem; they are reachable by phone and in person.

Summer vacation with the family

We were able to spend a wonderful week in the cottage of Ellen and Maik. The garden was perfect for the four of us, so the dog and child could play while we comfortably enjoyed the peace in the seating area. Even in the rain (luckily only in the evenings), we sat dry on the terrace. The cottage was equipped with everything, and nothing was really missing; moreover, it is lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail. A small gesture was also ready for us when we moved into the house. :-) It is really just a stone's throw to the marina with a small bathing area. And in the next holiday home park, there are many attractions for children. We will most likely come back.

We have already booked several houses in the park, but this villa was the most beautiful. One felt at home, there was everything in the house that one needed. The garden is great for the dogs.

Perfect accommodation for human and dog

We are still here for 2 days, but before we forget...
It was great!!!
A accommodation that left nothing to be desired.
Clean, cozy, big enough for everyone.
Everything you need was available.
The rooms were lovingly furnished.
The garden is a dream. The weather couldn't have been better, not too warm and always a cool breeze...
Especially the peace outside of the holidays is indescribable.

Absolutely recommended

The "Villa Sunshine" is a great holiday accommodation. The entire furnishings are very well maintained, the kitchen equipment is excellent, cleaning supplies are available, little things that are not taken for granted, such as sewing thread, are provided, a very well-kept garden with a well-maintained garden shed (and also here a fantastic equipment: several bicycles, table tennis paddles, loungers, etc.). in absolutely top condition) and a very nice contact with the landlords regarding the booking.

Vacation with Dog

We were 4 people and 2 dogs, the house was big enough and it is super furnished! Everything you need is available! If you want a sandy beach, you have to drive a bit, but that's okay! We would book it again.

A great vacation in a great holiday home.

Unfortunately, the week of our beautiful vacation went by in a flash. We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sunshine. Everything was as described. A lovingly furnished, very clean holiday home with a large fenced garden that our dog Miro enjoyed. We did, too. We also got to know the very nice hosts, Ellen and Maik, with pug Lisa. A very nice contact, just as the impression from the prior communication suggested. We were also very pleased with the welcome gift.
The weather was wonderful with lots of sunshine at pleasant temperatures, allowing us to bring back many beautiful impressions to the Rhineland.

August 2024. We had a very nice week at Villa Sunshine. The little house is really great and the garden is wonderful. Everything you need is there, decorated and furnished with a lot of love. Top Ferienhaus

We have once again spent our holiday at Villa Sunshine with the Rinker family. We have also been guests at Villa Holiday before. We have booked properties in Holland many times, but never had such a great little house. As soon as you enter, you feel at home. Everything is decorated with love. It really lacks nothing. There is always a welcome gift on the table. We were very happy about that. The landlords are very friendly and always interested in ensuring that you have a great time. Thank you Ellen and Mike. It's also great that dogs are welcome. Our 2 dogs always feel comfortable. The fenced garden is great. And also the covered terrace. This way, you can sit outside even in bad weather. We will definitely come back!

Dream vacation in paradise.

It was a wonderful time in Bruinisse. Such a beautiful accommodation where everything is perfectly coordinated is just perfect. We felt so comfortable that we will definitely come back in the fall. There is nothing missing in the house. Above all, the cleanliness is simply remarkable. You can immediately tell that everything is decorated with love. The garden is also a dream, with a covered terrace, a large lawn, and beautiful planting with solar lights, that is pure relaxation. A beautiful garden house with bicycles that you can of course use to make small purchases nearby fits perfectly into the garden. All in all, an accommodation that lacks nothing. We are totally thrilled and looking forward to the next holiday.

Successful family vacation

We spent a few wonderful days in this holiday home and felt very comfortable.
Small but fine, enough for 5 people with a dog.
The furnishings were absolutely harmonious and cozily decorated with attention to detail.
The garden was perfect for our dog and full of hydrangeas.
The surrounding towns were very easily accessible by car.
There were very good shopping options and restaurants in the village.
We also got to meet the very nice landlords. All in all, a thoroughly successful short vacation.

Arrive on vacation and feel comfortable

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday there. We arrived and immediately felt comfortable. The house is really lovingly decorated. We didn't miss anything. A wonderful vacation

A little paradise

ABSOLUTELY TOP!!!
We spent 1 week with our dogs in Villa Sunshine and are thrilled. A beautiful, small and quiet park and a lovingly furnished accommodation. A small fine domicile where you immediately feel at home. Furnished with attention to detail and the equipment leaves hardly anything to be desired, from the kitchen to the Dyson vacuum cleaner, a gift especially for dog owners. And everything is really spotlessly clean. And we don't even need to talk about the super price here. Take a look at the pictures, they speak for themselves!
In addition, we were also able to get to know the landlords, very sympathetic and always ready to provide information.
Thank you very much, dear Rinker family, we will definitely come back to Bruinisse.

Great holiday home

A beautiful holiday home furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The house is very clean and the kitchen has all the dishes you need. The mattresses are very comfortable and each bedroom has a TV with German channels. There is also a very nice garden with an electronic awning. Bicycles are also available. Very nice landlords, whom we have personally met. Everything highly recommended. We will definitely come back. *****

Anytime again

We had booked the vacation home from 12.08 to 19.08.23. Everything was as described. It was very clean and stylishly furnished. The vacation settlement is very dog-friendly, there are extra dog parks, etc. The garden was well fenced so the dogs could run free. Nearby there are shopping opportunities and beautiful destinations. Our landlady Mrs. Rinker was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great, gladly again.

Highly recommended!!!!

We stayed for two weeks with our two daughters and dog in this beautifully furnished house. You immediately feel at home and cozy. There is nothing missing and it is super well furnished down to the smallest detail. The garden is nice and big and fenced. The playground is just around the corner. The Grevelingenmeer and the adjacent Aqua Delta Park can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also got to know Ellen and Mike. Super nice and friendly. They are very helpful and always available for questions. Absolutely top. We can only recommend it!!!!!!!

All-inclusive package

We spent a week of summer vacation at Villa Sunshine and felt completely at ease. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The bright and well-maintained furnishings and the beautiful garden, combined with the quiet location of the holiday park, deserve 5 stars.
For the children (5,6), the proximity to the sports field and the many nice children in the neighborhood were great.
The landlords were on site themselves, open for questions and comments, and always had a kind word for us and the children.
We were very sad to have to leave again and will definitely come back.
