Description
The approx. 60 m² large house was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019.
The furnishings, all in light colours, give you the feeling of having arrived and being welcome as soon as you enter. We have paid a lot of attention to details, the entire kitchen as well as all wardrobes and chests of drawers in both bedrooms have been custom made to fit perfectly. This creates a coherent picture and you will find a lot of storage space.
The house is regularly inspected by us to ensure that the furnishings and condition are to your satisfaction. It is a non-smoking house. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Our WLAN connection is available to our guests free of charge
The equipment in detail:
Ground floor
The cloakroom is located in an area separated from the living room and offers sufficient possibilities to hang up jackets and coats. Shoes can be stored in the shoe rack.
The dining area has a large table with four chairs. A high chair for children is available on request. Please inform us accordingly when booking.
Opposite the seating area you will find a Smart TV, which allows you to receive numerous German programmes. If you have a Netflix account, you can use it here. In the sideboard under the TV there is a radio/CD player, a game collection is also available. Here you will also find our information folder about the house and its surroundings.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a generous supply of crockery, cutlery, pots and other kitchen appliances.
The bath/WC has a window, a large shower on the ground floor as well as a heatable towel holder and a washstand incl. base units with a glass wash basin.
The bathroom has a dark grey tiled floor, all other floors both on the ground floor and the upper floor are covered with high-quality wood laminate.
The large sliding terrace door provides access to the fenced garden. The terrace consists of a Douglas fir wooden deck and offers more than enough space for a table and four comfortable chairs. In the evening the terrace can be illuminated.
In the lockable box in the garden you will find the barbecue, a parasol and a clotheshorse.
First floor:
One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and sliding door wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
In the second bedroom you will find two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm), which can also be easily combined. The wardrobe and chests of drawers also offer plenty of space.
A large mirror is located in the hall on the upper floor.
A child safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs.
As the bed linen service is included in the price, you will find freshly made beds on arrival.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow park "De Tong" is located in the Netherlands, province of Zeeland, on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland near Bruinisse and is particularly child- and dog-friendly. The island of Schouwen-Duiveland is connected to the mainland and neighbouring islands by bridges and dams. The houses in de Tong are arranged in small, relaxed groups. In between there are very generous green areas with old trees and a duck pond. The parking spaces are available to the owners or holiday guests via an access barrier. Within the park there are two playgrounds - one with a trampoline, a football field, a table tennis table, a table football and a bowling alley (balls can be hired at the reception). To the right and left of the entrance are the dog run-out meadows. You can easily reach the holiday resort Aquadelta (signposted as "Centrum") via a well-developed footpath or cycle path that leads through a small wooded area. Here you will find a restaurant, a small indoor swimming pool, a small supermarket, bicycle rental and a launderette (coins for the washing machines can be bought at the reception of the Aquadelta).
Within walking distance from de Tong is the marina, which will be completed in 2012. There is a restaurant with a floating terrace, a supermarket and a play and bathing area for smaller children, as well as a sailing school and boat hire (in the Netherlands this is also possible without a boating licence). During the summer months there is a snack car at the sailing school. Right next to the marina is the public bathing beach, which is ideal for children as the water is shallow and also warmer and quieter than that of the open North Sea. The adjacent dune area is ideal for walks - with or without a dog - and offers a magnificent view over the Grevelingen Sea; a popular sailing and surfing area. The beach of the Grevelingen Sea is about 300m away from our house and can be easily reached on foot.
Bruinisse
Bruinisse borders directly on the Grevelingen Sea and the Oosterschelde.
In the village centre you will find all shopping facilities (large supermarket, drugstore, wine shop, bakeries) and several restaurants.
The fish restaurant "BRU 17" is located in the harbour with its lock access. Our tip: Buy a snack "on the hand", take a seat in the big shell and watch the boat traffic.
From Bruinisse, a car-free cycle path runs along the Oosterschelde to Zierikzee (the entrance is a little hidden behind the restaurant "Brasserie Vluchthaven").
Shopping: For small purchases you will find a supermarket in the holiday park "Aquadelta". In the centre of Bruinisse there is a supermarket (Albert Heijn), a wine shop and a drugstore. On the road towards Zierikzee, after approx. 5 km you will see a shopping park with several shops (including Aldi, Jumbo supermarket) on the right-hand side in Nieuwerkerk.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren für 1 Woche mit 2 Teenagern und 1 Hund hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, es ist sehr gemütlich und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Simply TOP!!! Highly recommendable!
We felt very comfortable. The house is in a great location. We traveled with a child and a dog and could go directly to the adjacent park, which is wonderful as a "walk round" or also as a visit to the playground. The kitchen facilities are really top-notch, it doesn't get any better than this. The living room, dining area, and bathroom are very nicely and modernly furnished. The small cozy garden and especially the covered terrace area invite you to linger even in not so nice weather. The two rooms under the roof offer a pleasant atmosphere and sufficient equipment. The whole house is simply lovingly furnished. We were even allowed to personally meet the landlady, who greeted us very warmly, which personally pleased us. We can really only recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back.

Holiday with bicycle?
A super nice holiday home with all comforts. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished, from the furniture to the dishes, everything was available. We got to know the hostess and were welcomed very friendly and warmly. We can only recommend the house and would love to come back next year.

A very beautiful vacation spot

Our vacation in Bruinisse
We spent a week with our daughter and our 2 dogs in this beautiful vacation home. The house is very tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Also very clean. The contact with the landlady was super nice. We will definitely come back.

Eine herrliche Woche in Bruinisse!
Wir hatten zu viert, plus unser Familienhund, eine herrliche Woche in Bruinisse.
Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche komplett ausgestattet, ein riesen Fernseher und alles sehr sauber.
Auch wenn der Garten klein ist, haben wir herrlich draussen sitzen können. Der Kontakt mit "unserer" Vermieterin konnte nicht besser gelaufen sein. Das Haus war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Auto- und Fahrrad-touren.

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Also hier war wirklich alles perfekt. Frisch bezogene Betten, Gewürze und Filtertütten, ausreichend Toilettenpapier und Reinigungsmittel, hier war alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Man kann vom Park aus wunderbare Radtouren unternehmen oder mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!
Wir habe eine Woche im Juli dort verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus benötigt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, das Bad sehr schön und neu und in den Betten lässt es sich gut schlafen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass der mitreisende Hund sich dort frei bewegen kann. Der Ferienpark selbst bietet viele Grünflächen und ist sehr gemütlich. Zu Fuß erreicht man den schönen Ort Bruinisse. Zum nächsten Nordsee-Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Prima Ferienhaus, schöner Urlaub!
Wir waren für 2 Wochen Gäste in diesem, von innen wie neu wirkenden Haus. Sehr gepflegt, freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Sogar die Betten waren schon bezogen und einige nützliche Küchenutensilien (zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, etc.) in den Schränken.
Das Bad ist zwar klein aber mit einer tollen Dusche ausgestattet und für unseren Bedarf total ausreichend.
Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln ist auch vorhanden.
Wir haben nichts wesentliches vermisst und kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Top Ferienhaus!!!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist das mit Abstand schönste,in dem wir unseren Urlaub verbrachten.
Die Räume sind hell und freundlich gestaltet und liebevoll eingerichtet.
In der Küche befindet sich alles,was man braucht. Mit Elektroherd und Spülmaschine ist sie schon luxuriös ausgestattet.
In den beiden Schlafräume im Obergeschoss befinden sich geräumige ,angepaßte Schränke,in denen die gesamte Kleidung Platz findet. Die Fenster dort sind mit Verdunklungsrollos ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer ist hochwertig eingerichtet.
Die ebenerdige Dusche ist durch eine Glasschiebetür zu schließen und bietet viel Platz zum Duschen und für die notwendigen Utensilien.
Die Fotos spiegeln das Haus exakt wieder.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich!!!

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die vielen Details, an die hier gedacht wird, machen einen Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Man kann hier absolut entspannt ankommen und erst mal einen Kaffee genießen, bevor man sich die Umgebung anschaut.
Das Haus ist neu renoviert und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zur eigenen Versorgung benötigt. Es gibt einfach nichts, was fehlt. Auch Spiele sind vorhanden, so dass man selbst hier nichts mitnehmen braucht.
Die Terrasse und der Garten bieten durch die Lage ausreichend Sonne und man sitzt recht geschützt. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und in den bequemen Betten super geschlafen. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war der Wäscheservice. Eigene Bettwäsche wird nicht benötigt. Nur Handtücher und Küchentücher braucht man.
Im angrenzenden Aqua Delta Park gibt es einen Supermarkt, Minigolfplatz, Tennisplatz, Fahrradverleih und mehr. Der Fußweg dorthin ist ein angenehmer Spaziergang durch einen kleinen Wald.
Einkaufen kann man in Bruinisse, wenn man nicht allzu weit fahren möchten. Im Haus gibt es außerdem eine Mappe mit Informationen zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein kleiner Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Das Wasser ist sehr flach, von daher für Familien super geeignet und entsprechend frequentiert. Mit dem Auto sind größere Strände super zu erreichen.
Fazit:
Tolles Ferienhaus, tolle Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
