This bright and maritime furnished holiday flat welcomes you and offers enough space for two guests on 53 square metres, distributed over two rooms. The holiday flat with balcony is located on the first floor of the historic villa "Seeschloss". The entrance area alone, the stylishly renovated foyer of the villa, is impressive with its attention to detail and built-in lift
Once you have arrived in the flat, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and microwave. In addition to the existing coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto capsule machine is available for our guests. Kettle and toaster are further useful kitchen aids as well as blender and egg boiler. The combined living/sleeping room has a comfortable couch and box-spring bed (lying surface 1.80m x 2.00m) with optimal access height and is directly adjacent to the open-plan kitchen. A wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available for your holiday clothes. A smart TV provides entertainment should the weather not play along. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower, towel radiator, WC and bidet
Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. In the basement of the house there is a lockable bicycle room. We have a parking space for your vehicle at no extra cost. However, this is not located at the house, but about 450 metres away.

The fine sandy beach is almost at your doorstep, the Baltic Sea and the longest pier in Europe are only a few steps away. Situated in the centre of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, you will move into a bright, modern 2-room holiday flat with a balcony and a unique view of the village. A good selection of restaurants, a fresh produce market and numerous small specialist shops are within walking distance.
