You live on the ground floor in a lovingly renovated villa in seaside architecture style, in a quiet and central location. The beach is only about 150 metres away. The flat is 63 square metres in size and is furnished with rustic Scandinavian country house furniture. It was freshly renovated in 2020. A bio-fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. It sleeps a total of four (double bed (180x200) in the bedroom and a double bed (140x200) in the separate veranda. The floors are covered with new rustic vinyl. The modern bathroom has a wellness shower and a heated towel rail. The flat has its own parking space and lockable bicycle room. The equipment of the Charlot holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. These include Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, books, CD radio, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair, folding changing mat and much more.

Quiet and centrally located, newly renovated, ideal for families, as it has two bedrooms, we felt very comfortable.

Schöne Unterkunft
Good decision for our weekend trip. Large and spacious apartment... we especially liked the open living area. Everything we needed was also available. Will gladly come back!

Beautiful and very spacious flat in a great location!
The flat is in a great location in Heringsdorf, only a few steps away from the pier. Restaurants, culture, bakery and much more are also within walking distance. The flat is very spacious, modernly furnished and offers everything you need for your holiday. I will definitely recommend the flat to others.

Cosy and in a great location
Everything was good all around. We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat and spent a few nice days on the sunny island
Large and spacious holiday flat with enough sleeping facilities for us and our children. We even found some games and DVDs in the cupboard!
We will gladly come again :-)

Nice to look at on the internet, but in reality, it cannot be described as dreamlike. The apartment is showing its age and needs renovation and, above all, a thorough cleaning. It lacks personal touch, there are no chair cushions for the hard wooden chairs, no placemats, etc., pillows and duvets look very bad. Not suitable for 6 people, sleeping options in the conservatory and living room are not great.
There is also no possibility to sit outside. Price and performance are not in proportion.

Unfortunately not recommended!
At first glance online, it seemed clean, but in reality, it was not confirmed. Dirty place mats, dust under the beds, even on the leather couch in the living room... Mold in the bathroom, no toilet paper. There is no wardrobe, only a clothes rack in the storage room. My pillow was not washed. We were very disappointed!
I contacted the landlord about this, but he did not respond.
