Welcome to the stylish and historic Kaiser vis a vis building. Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, this house offers the perfect base for a wide range of holiday activities with short distances to the beach.
The 63 square metre two-room flat number 06 is located on the first floor of the house. The maritime furnishing style and strong blue tones give the living room, dining area and bay window a strong character and leave a lasting impression. This is the place to arrive and feel at home. Relax with a book on the couch or settle down on the armchairs in the bay window to watch the hustle and bustle of the shopping street or forget about time while watching a film
You can reach the nearby restaurants in just a few steps - or take the opportunity to prepare your own meal. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 4-plate cooker, oven, microwave as well as dishwasher, everything is available that is needed for a holiday
The bedroom is atmospherically decorated in subtle colours and provides relaxation with its double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. A third and fourth person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. You can reach the balcony via the bedroom. Enjoy the far-reaching view over the village with a glass of wine in your hand and switch off for a moment. The bathroom is spacious and perfectly rounds off the comfort during your stay thanks to two washbasins, WC, shower and bathtub
You can safely store your bicycles in the cellar of the house. However, the cellar is only accessible via stairs. WLAN is available. You can park your car in the local parking garage, which is about 300 metres away from the accommodation. On the ground floor of the house there is a bar with seasonal outdoor seating, as well as a wine bar and other shops.

The handover of keys takes place in our office at Brunnenstraße 4 in 17424 Heringsdorf
Arrival:
Please plan for your flat to be ready for occupancy from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. It is possible to enquire by telephone in our office whether it is possible to move in earlier. Our staff will be waiting for you until 5.00 p.m. If you are going to be late on the day of arrival, we urgently request that you inform us in good time so that we can arrange the handover of the keys. In case of emergency, you can reach us outside opening hours on the landline number 038378-32408.
At the object:
You can park your car behind the house. The parking space on the far left, above the gully, is assigned to the flat.
Departure:
On the day of departure the flat must be vacated by 10.00 am. Please remember to leave the flat swept clean, to empty the dishwasher, to set the heating to level 2 and to dispose of rubbish and bottles. The keys will be returned to our office on the day of departure.
General information about your stay:
On arrival, the beds are made for your comfort and the towels are ready. This is basic equipment, you will find two towels and one bath towel per person as well as two tea towels and a shower mat on arrival. The service charge includes costs for: Electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, first supply of bed linen, towels and booking fees. Free additions such as bicycles or beach chairs are not part of the rental contract. There is no legal claim here. There is a claim to any balcony or terrace furniture from May to September.
