Description
The cosy holiday flat with two bedrooms and 48 square metres of living space is located on the first floor of the house. Furnished with a comfortable couch, two small armchairs and a smart TV in the living room, you can relax in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is openly adjacent to the living area and a small sitting area, which invites you to share meals or family game evenings. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sun at almost any time of day thanks to the southern orientation
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (lying area 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe for your wardrobe. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed (lying surface 0.90 x 2.00 m each), ideally for children, and a small chest of drawers. The daylight-flooded bathroom has a WC, washstand and shower bath
A private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house. WLAN is also available for free use. Additional comfort is provided by the flat's own washing machine in the basement of the house. Your laundry can be conveniently hung on the washing line in the laundry room. For very small children, there is a high chair in the flat for free use.
