Description
The approx. 55 sqm vacation home was extensively renovated in 2021/22. The house has on the ground floor a living / dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there is another bedroom.
Adjacent to the living room is a cozy terrace. The car-free park offers beautifully landscaped playgrounds, playgrounds and a beautiful old tree population.

To the center of the park "Aquadelta" with its extensive offer (supermarket, laundromat, restaurant, pub, bowling alley, darts, billiards, tennis, mini golf, swimming pool, sauna, bike rental, squash playground etc.) it is only a few minutes walk. The Grevelingerstrand with its beautiful new marina and an extended sandy beach area, which is especially suitable for smaller children, is in the immediate vicinity. To the large North Sea beach in Renesse, Scharendijk etc. is also not very far.
The vacation park Aquadelta offers beautiful lawns, old trees, playgrounds, soccer fields, table tennis, mini golf
There is also an indoor hall, swimming pool with slide, supermarket, bowling alley, restaurants, bicycle rental and launderette.
The center also offers a lovely children's entertainment (in high season) and a large fenced trampoline. The tranquil fishing village of Bruinisse is located on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland,the Dutch province of Zeeland in South Holland.
There are several stores,bakeries,a bank,a supermarket,a fishing and local history museum and several good restaurants.
The island is surrounded by the North Sea, Grevelingenmeer and Oosterschelde
Nearby cities: Brouwershaven, Renesse, Zierikzee, Dreischor,Goes,Middelburg,Domburg etc.

Immer wieder gerne. Traumecke...
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Der kinderfreundliche Strand liegt wie beschrieben in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerade da das Haus am Anfang des Parks liegt. Der Strand wird von den Molen schön eingerahmt, sodass das Wasser sehr ruhig ist. Wirklich "tief" wird es im Badebereich nicht. Ich konnte mit knapp 1,90 fast immer stehen.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell im Aquadelta Supermarkt oder einem größeren Markt in Bruinisse (keine 10 Min)
Die nächste größere Stadt, Zierikzee, liegt ca 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Ausflug lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Zum Shoppen und Sightseeing.
Zum Haus selbst:
Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Gerade renoviert kommt es auch dank der Einrichtung sehr modern daher.
Einzig die Küche ist rein funktional.
Es fehlt aber auch dort an Nichts!
Dem Bad sieht man die Renovierung hingegen an. Super modern und sauber!
Die Schlafzimmer liegen günstig und sind bei richtiger Belüftung stetig angenehm kühl.
Der Garten am Haus ist recht groß und liegt unter großen Bäumen fast ganztägig beschattet, was ich im Hochsommer als sehr angenehm empfunden habe.
Hinzu kommen kleine Details wie eine eingebaute Wäscheleine unter dem Anbau, Fahrräder für Groß und Klein, Sonnenschirm, Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen etc.
Alles in Allem hat man hier das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein.
Deshalb und wegen der netten Vermieter kommen wir gerne wieder.
