Majorca Villa with pool in Mancor de la Vall for family vacation. The Villa with private pool in Majorca in Mancor de La Vall is situated in a quiet location. On the ground floor, it offers a kitchen-living room, living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, and one bathroom. 2 additional double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a second living room are on the upper floor. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the village and the mountains. The covered veranda is comfortably furnished and can almost be described as a living room. The house is remarkable for its high-quality furnishings, with a personal touch.
The has has central heating and can thus be used all year round, and is also suitable for a workation in winter. Usage will be billed based on consumption.

Mancor de la Vall is a small municipality with around 1,100 inhabitants and is located 8.5 kilometres from Inca. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will feel particularly at home here. The villa is a perfect starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana mountains or for cycling tours. The bay of Alcudia is approx. 20 km away. Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

A beautiful accommodation. The location is good for exploring Mallorca by car. It was clean. We felt comfortable. We could imagine spending another week here.

We had a wonderful time at this dreamy finca. Tastefully furnished, the kitchen well-equipped, comfortable beds, a nice large pool, well-maintained grounds, plenty of seating and lounging options, a lovely village with little tourism… I could go on forever! Many thanks also to Martina, who was always available, friendly, and accommodating. We will definitely come back, as the location and the finca itself have convinced us 100%!

We had a great 14 days in a beautiful house with a very nice garden and pool. We really felt at home here. Unfortunately, there is not a top rating that this house actually deserves, as one bedroom did not match the photo or description at all. The 4th bedroom was no more than a storage room without a closet with 2 beds. The space was so tight that even the door could not be fully opened. So unfortunately, no top rating.

The finca is really VERY beautiful and almost luxurious. Great pool, garden, and terrace area. Everything went smoothly. A floor plan would be helpful. Then we would have seen that 2 out of 3 bathrooms are located within the bedrooms, which was a disadvantage for our group. A few minor things were annoying (light over the grill defective, garbage found in drawers). A small drawback was also the numerous dogs in the immediate neighborhood, which barked competitively early in the morning. Still, it was a dream! Great finca to relax and unwind!!! We would book it again and again.

A fantastic house on the outskirts of a nice village. Bakery and small supermarket within walking distance. We lacked nothing. Drinks and delicious fruit were ready upon arrival. The host responded quickly to questions.
