Description
A beautiful villa with a private pool in Mancor de la Vall, the perfect location for hiking.
The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Mancor de la Vall. On the ground floor, it offers a spacious kitchen, a living/dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second living room. From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the village and the mountains. The covered veranda is comfortably furnished and looks out onto the beautiful garden. The house and its facilities are of a remarkably high standard and have been lovingly decorated.
The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter time. (The use is charged according to consumption.)
Mancor de la Vall is a small community of around 1,100 inhabitants, eight and a half kilometres from Inca. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will feel especially at home here. The house is a perfect base for hiking in the Tramuntana or cycling, and Alcudia Bay is 20 kilometres away.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

A fantastic house on the outskirts of a nice village. Bakery and small supermarket within walking distance. We lacked nothing. Drinks and delicious fruit were ready upon arrival. The host responded quickly to questions.

Very beautiful finca in Mancor de la Val. The pool was very well-maintained and larger than expected. The finca itself is cool, which is probably great in the hot summer, but it wasn't too hot when we were there. It's important to know that there are 2 very lovely bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the upper floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom, which worked well for us. However, the room with the two single beds is very small, so we had a suitcase in the hallway because there is no wardrobe in the room where clothing could be stored, only a clothes rail that is not enough for 2 people. Otherwise, everything was top for us!

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful and cozy house. The village is very calm and quiet and relaxing, beautiful and friendly people. Walking distance to a smaller grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. We got problem with the heating but it was solved very quickly.

We were here for one week with the whole family. The house, the premises, and the information correspond to the description. Everything even exceeded our expectations. The house is very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Communication with Martina was great, quick, and always helpful. We can recommend this house to everyone and would love to come back. Very nice accommodation in a quiet and beautiful village. Perfect for a larger family who wants to take care of themselves but still be able to pop into Inca (5 min) or Palma (30 min). Located near the beautiful mountains of the northern island. The house was amazing with many different places to be depending on the time of day. The large bathroom upstairs, with its view, is probably the most beautiful bathroom my family has experienced. Martina was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to any questions we had. She also helped us solve the car rental in a super smooth way.
